  I installed Primeravera P6 EPPM 8.2. I can't log in as user admin on the administration page remotely P6. Now the admin user account is locked out. I am able to access local P6 Admin module, adminpv.cmd and sign in as privuser. I put the duration of lock Login 1 minute. I stopped and restarted Primavera. The Remote Admin of P6 page still says that the admin account is locked. Is there another place to unlock the admin user and reset the password?

  You can unlock the user doing the update of the table. The name of the table is 'USERS' and 'FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS_CNT' columns If it comes to oracle database, you can run the Sub statement to reset all users.

  update users set failed_login_attempts_cnt = 0;

  Use the similar sql for sql server.

  This must be done online as admuser.
