  I have a little trouble getting one of our computers in the domain to cooperate.  We've added a bunch of user profiles of domain on this computer, all under the administrator group, but nobody except the local administrator can access network drives, open Control Panel and open the Task Manager.  Even our domain administrator cannot do the previously listed.  We have 3 other computers that use all the same members, and they are all very well, so I don't think that the question lies in group policy.  It's almost as if the local administrator group settings have been changed somehow?  I went into the local group policy and all settings seem correct.  I'm puzzled little at this stage.  This could be the cause of this problem?  What is a corrupt local administrator account?  For any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

  I have a back-end database and the base ensures (11.2.0.1.0) that runs in ASM with the names of different diskgroup. I applied an incremental backup on a standby database to solve the gap newspaper archive and generated a controlfile to standby in the primary database and restore the standby database controlfile. But when I started the MRP process his starts not and lift error in the alerts log ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock file. When I questioned the standby database file it shows the location on primary data filenames not the database pending.

  I'm under Oracle 11 GR 2. When I tried from Oracle sqlplus, I got the following errors:

  I used "the judgment" to stop the Oracle. I'm sure that there are 2 sessions to approve the changes to the database while I closed the Oracle. Is there anyone know how to fix this?

  I have a case where I want to allow a document preparer set a route by checking the boxes next to the signature fields.  I'll use my index finger to review my pairings box/signature to find the next person to send the form for determining what radio buttons are archived and remain unsigned.  My problem is that after I applied the first signature and apply the change of my access "in the fields"; the fields are not hidden in the saved or the PDF (attached to e-mail) subject of my document.  They, however, seem to be hidden when the Send button is initially hit.  I tried using the 'Lock signature after signature' feature, then by changing the access to "open" (reverse) to the next signatory.  This keeps others locked fields, but I can't unlock locked on the signature fields.  I wonder if anyone has a way to dynamically choose which fields will be block (or unblock) on a signature being applied.  Please let me know if you need more specific information about me.  Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

  I work for a school district and recently ran into problems with writing data in a database by using ASP.
  
  Background:
  We are currently running Oracle Database 11 g Release 11.1.0.6.0 - 64 bit Production With the Real Application Clusters on Linux systems option.
  
  We have a workable tablespace/database using our system of management of the school called "Genesis." There is no problem reading, writing or deletion of records through this site web-based application.
  
  Problem:
  I wrote a few ASP pages that read from the 'background' database tablespace that works reliable. The problem is that I created a new tablespace/user/database with two tables that I write for.
  
  If I run a test trying to add new records via my ASP page Let's say 5 times, it cannot work more than 3 of those times.
  
  The error I get is as follows:

  An instance is all the processes running on a node.
  To the CARS, you have 2 (or more) of the instances that are running on 2 nodes (or more) to access the same database simultaneously.
  A node can go down or die or be shot in the head, but the database continues to be available through the second instance on the other node. This is the reason for all of the CARS.

We had complaints that it is too short (which we're not changing) or it is too long. Some people think that even if this is too difficult.

• I'm stuck on my laptop Windows 8 and cannot unlock my Microsoft account. How can I return to my laptop?

  My mother had a new laptop from Windows 8 for Christmas. Woohoo! She already has a Windows Phone, so she has a Microsoft account.

  When she first signed in her computer, she didn't use his account of Microsoft, so she used a different email address. We had him go back and link their account to a Microsoft Account, but she could not remember the password to MY (her phone does not require it to remember). So, while she has access to his account of MY through his phone (email, skydrive, Messenger, etc.), she can't connect to it via the web or their new computer. To further complicate the things, all this switching autour led to forget the password, she chose when she first signed in the (local account on the) laptop.

  So, now it is totally locked out of his computer. We tried to reset her password to MY, but unfortunately the security only option we have is to send it to an e-mail address that is not fully illustrated and must be incorrect, because we never received the email to reset. Ugh.

  Yes, Yes, we should have remembered the password. Yes, we should add more security options (such as the telephone number of its Windows Phone). This isn't the issue, the question is: how the hell we have access to his laptop again?

  Come back in my laptop after talking to 4 technicians of Microsoft, seems that if you hold down the SHIFT key and press on restart you start a totally different group of options. Which is safe mode, once you start in safe mode, go to run type msconfig in the start option in msconfig, you will find in the Startup column this repair active directory has been selected uncheck the safe boot option and restarting worked for me
