Administrator ColdFusion 10 Javascript errors

I just installed the 64-bit version of 10 ColdFusion on Windows Server 2008R2 (using IIS 7.5).  I tried to install as close to the Guide of Lockdown CF9 Server as possible, given that CF9 and CF10 have different underlying drivers (CF9 is JRun and CF10 is Tomcat, in the CF9 Admin used for file browsing Java applets and CF10 uses jQuery and JavaScript UI components).

Anyway, things seem to work for most, except that some of the ColdFusion Administrator functionality is broken for me well.  Any place that requires the use of the new jQuery File Explorer get script errors.  For example, when you try to specify another JVM path, by clicking on 'Browse Server' results in the error "jQuery is not defined" (see http://screencast.com/t/GQMZ1cdLJy ).  Of course, jQuery.js is in the same folder as the offending script (jqueryeasing.js), so it makes no sense.

Anyone encountered before?

-Carl

PS: I also posted on the CF-Talk on HouseOfFusion.com mailing list.

For those playing along at home, I thought of her.  I needed to remove the query filter URL deny on the/CFIDE/scripts folder.  Everything seems to work now.

Thank you

-Carl

This particular configuration is with Coldfusion 11. There is no errors in newspapers and the w3 service still works as are application pools. All websites and app pools run with transmission of authentication request.

ColdFusion does not work with windows authentication and may be enforced as if reconfigured integrated instance to do this, if this isn't a matter of colfusion.

    Here is what I tried:

1 I created a new user account with admin rights and disconnected and logged in as them and then make changes to the password on the server, and that didn't make a difference.
    2. I checked that all Web sites using the request pass through authentication.
    3. I checked that the application pool is also using the application-pass-through authentication.
    4. I looked to find errors in which case newspapers but don't see anything there either
    5. I also searched a failure in coldfusion logs and saw no more relevant here either, but I got colfusion running without IIS in any case.
    6. search of the roots of web for coded passwords hard and found nothing.

If you have any ideas or any ideas let me know.

  • ColdFusion is undefined error

    Hello

When you use the new cfajax tags (cfwindow, cfdiv, etc...) I get a javascript error "ColdFusion is undefined" and cfajax tags do not work. We have a production-Stadium-dev with 2 servers in the production environment. I get the error on the 1 production server, but on the other hand it works. I also get the error on the staging server, but on my local dev machine everthing works fine. Googling about this error, I was unable to find much, however I found someone else who had the same problem and the described here as their hosting provider he had quickly fixed with a setting of mapping. However they haven't posted the solution. I'm hopin there is someone out there who can enlighten us. My guess is that it is a kind of problem of mapping to the CFIDE. I checked all of our servers and the mappings for the CFIDE are exactly the same on the whole.

Fast help would be appreciated, because we have a new cf8 ajax app that was just to finish that should go into production as soon as possible.

    Thank you

    Hello
Solved my problem. Checked the path to the file/scripts / / cfide in the cfadmin settings. They differed on 2 servers that didn't work properly. When the upgrade of our installation of cf7 server settings were migrated to cf8 and we had a different path for the cfide to cf7. Apparently, these 2 servers did not change path changed for our installation of cf7. Hope this helps anyone who can run through it.

  • I get a #101 Javascript error in Firefox on my Windows 7 PC. It makes impossible to use Firefox! How can I fix?

JavaScript error preveny = ts me using Firefox!

  • JavaScript errors and can not find file

Since the 13.0 FF update, I have problems whenever I click on a link that opens a new tab or window. When I do that, I get a series of about 2 dozen pop-up windows with various Javascript errors.

Because they all speak Web Clipper (an Evernote Add On) I contacted their support.

They sent me a link and instructions for updating Web Clipper, but when I try to install it, Firefox tells me...

"Impossible to install Evernote Web Clipper because FireFox can't find the file necessary."

After a lot of back and forth, including screen shots of all 24 popups, Evernote support sending told me it looks like a problem with Firefox.

So here I am. If someone is able to help me with this, please speak slowly and distinctly. I'm pretty good at finding my way, but I * am * over 40 years!

The only other idea I can offer to the top for you is uninstall Firefox and start with a fresh install. I know it's a huge drawback too, but it sounds like that old version of add on has really messed up the program itself.

If you feel it you can always create a new profile to use and make it your defect: create a profile

Profiles are basically as user accounts for firefox, thus creating a new it is like having a clean install (although not really) and it will not also all user data (as the history of passwords, Favorites, etc.) You may be able to migrate these data in it though: recovery of data from an old profile

  • "ReferenceError: prepareFFB is not defined" I started to have this JavaScript error recently, every time I start Firefox. I would like to stop this error

I get the following JavaScript error every time I start Firefox:

    ReferenceError: prepareFFB is not defined.

Hello, this sounds like it is probably caused by an add-on. you have any extension/theme installed, you can connect the "FFB"? Otherwise try to disable everything in firefox > addons > extensions & re-enable one by one to see which one might be causing the error message.

  • New pop-up Javascript error, could not initialize dlwatch extension, oPref.addObserver is not a function. Stops new windows to launch. Help.

Under Firefox 4 McabookPro, OS 10.6.7. When a new pop-up window open, which is necessary for some security applications, I get a Javascript error. It is said:

    [Javascript error]
    dlwatch (200)
    Could not initialize dlwatch extension
TypeError: oPref.addObserver is not a function.

It is a problem with the Video DownloadHelper extension.

Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the Add-ons is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Modules > appearance/themes).

    • Makes no changes on the start safe mode window.

    See:

  • It appears two times after the opening of Firefox ' [JavaScript error: 'dir is zero' {file: "file:///C:/Users/... and a new window opens each time."}] Opening of the modules in the Tools menu crashes Firefox.

Whenever I open Firefox, or when a website automatically opens a new window (NOT when I open a new tab or window) error message is displayed twice: ' [JavaScript error: "dir is zero" {file: 'file:///C:/Users/Steve/AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/k8nfi7qa.default/extensions/%7B0538E3E3-7E9B-4d49-8831-A227C80A7AD3%7D/components/nsForecastfox.js' line: 323}] "when calling method: [ffIDiskService::get]"
Then, after closing the window of mistake twice, an AnyColor start/welcome screen appears in a second, open tab, which I then close to resume with the first tab (active). If I try to open the modules in the menu Tools, Firefox crashes and a script error message. It then becomes "unresponsive" and I have to force - close Firefox and reopen.

This looks like a problem with an add-on, especially the Forecastfox extension. To test this try to disable the add-on in safe mode, for details on how to see the extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common troubleshooting Firefox problems.

Also, I get this application when incorporating the code in a web site works:

I use my own card key and added to the config.

The only way I've found this is to create in a separate file and load that into an iframe.

No idea what is the problem?

Code seems to work on the device, so I'm good now.  Ripple retains the question.

    Thank you.

I found a solution to the problem. I open the project_edge.js file in Dreamweaver and it identified the problem lines. Examples:

    text: 'You can not fly.',

    When I changed to

    text: 'You can not fly.',

    It worked.

Are you sure that need to use video? If you are, then you'd have the Flash code to talk to the video element in another part of the same web page.

Here are a few discussions about video, but I think that you may need to search around the articles more:
