It appears two times after the opening of Firefox ' [JavaScript error: 'dir is zero' {file: "file:///C:/Users/... and a new window opens each time."}] Opening of the modules in the Tools menu crashes Firefox.

Whenever I open Firefox, or when a website automatically opens a new window (NOT when I open a new tab or window) error message is displayed twice: ' [JavaScript error: "dir is zero" {file: 'file:///C:/Users/Steve/AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/k8nfi7qa.default/extensions/%7B0538E3E3-7E9B-4d49-8831-A227C80A7AD3%7D/components/nsForecastfox.js' line: 323}] "when calling method: [ffIDiskService::get]"
Then, after closing the window of mistake twice, an AnyColor start/welcome screen appears in a second, open tab, which I then close to resume with the first tab (active). If I try to open the modules in the menu Tools, Firefox crashes and a script error message. It then becomes "unresponsive" and I have to force - close Firefox and reopen.

This looks like a problem with an add-on, especially the Forecastfox extension. To test this try to disable the add-on in safe mode, for details on how to see the extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common troubleshooting Firefox problems.

  • iCloud account appears two times in the contacts

On my MacBook running El Capitan in the Contacts app or any other application using contacts (such as Message, FaceTime, Mail) on the left side where the accounts are listed the "iCloud" account appears twice. I tried every "solution" provided in another thread (such as discussed here: iCloud appears two times in the contacts ) but nothing seems to work. I even "clean installed' El Capitan and restored my system to my Time Machine backup (I can't start fees I need my Mac as it is).

Anyone have an idea where you look maybe edit some system files or anything that will get rid of this double iCloud account? All the other thread solutions seem to work only until I have restart the Contacts app or do any work.

    Thank you very much!

Updated - I contacted just the Apple Support and they helped me solve the problem.

In system-> iCloud App preferences I disconnected my iCloud account and when asked to keep or to delete the files on my Mac, I would always remove Mac... After doing this, restart your Mac and you log into your account to iCloud again. This solves the problem of the iCloud duplicate accounts.

    Thank you Apple support :-)

  • How can I sort alphabetically in the drop-down list in the Tools menu of Firefox?

The Tools menu has a drop-down list, but the entries are not in alphabetical order. Options and a few individual add-ons/extensions appear in the list, but not in alphabetical order. It would be useful to them in alphabetical order in the list, however, I can't find any option to sort. Did I miss a hidden, built-in option for sorting? Is there an add-on may be providing a way to sort? Someone has an idea? I have not found anything this either in my research on the subject... just what is the sorting of bookmarks. But it's the combo of Tools menu I want to be able to twist. Anyone?

There is no built-in opportunities to change the menus of the application. The easiest way to do this is by using the editor from Menu Add-on.

Advanced users familiar with CSS can create a custom style sheet and apply it with Stylish.

    Hi Stacey Nathan,

To remove the items from right toolbar, click Tools at the top.

Then open the fall down to the accessibility or analyze and select 'delete the shortcut '.

In a similar way, select "Add a shortcut" in the Tools drop-down menu to add to the tool on the right pane.

Hi there from Hamburg/Germany. Since the last two updates of the CC, Photoshop crashes 95% when I work with masks. This gets really annoying when you know that I have about 120 photos to retouch to a customer. Any ideas what's happening here? Never had this problem before. Now, every time I create a layer mask, or try to work on a Photoshop freezes completely, forcing me to restart and (most of the time unless I have record EACH step) start of a scratch. Which is pretty much annoying... any suggestions?

  • VI Analyzer does not appear in the Tools menu

According to this formum message of the VI analyzer is available in normal LabVIEW. (Without most of the tests and no right click in the project, but it's there.) But I can not find it in the Tools menu, which is where it should be. (A printscreen is in this post of the forum).

My response to the first message, I would have found the menu. But now I searched in LabVIEW 8.6, 2012 and 2013 without finding it. The llbs are there in /project/_VI Analyzer, but nothing is in the tool menu. Why not?

If you place your test LLBs in the folder [LabVIEW Data] \VI Analyzer of test , they should appear in all of your LabVIEW installations without requiring the installation of the VI Analyzer Toolkit (in LabVIEW 8.6 and later). Make sure that the test is stored in the first version of LabVIEW, you want to support. On Windows 7, the [LabVIEW Data] folder is here:

    Data C:\Users\[username]\Documents\LabVIEW

If you're still having problems, let me know what specific tests that you are trying to use, and I can make sure that there are no problems with the tests themselves.

  • Management of libraries of button does not appear under the Tools Menu

The documentation available on SQL Developer Concepts and the use of the States that there is an item on the Tools menu, called "Manage libraries" in order to manage the connections databases Non-Oracle. I don't have such an item in the Tools menu.

I'm under Oracle Sql Developer 4.0.1.14. I even tried to install an older version, and it doesn't have this option or the other.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

I checked my installation of JDeveloper, and this menu option is there. It is used to manage the Java libraries in general and has nothing to do with JDBC.   SQL Developer documentation is wrong.

I already pointed you to the Preferences section to manage third party JDBC libraries and the Division helps. If you don't want that follow, then you are on your own.

Note that DB2 / iSeries is not a third party database supported in SQL Developer.

  • Cannot start addon because there is no longer the 'Tools' menu

I can't launch addon because there is no longer the 'Tools' menu. Is there a solution?

Press Alt and the menu bar will appear temporarily. Then click on tools.

Or open customize and use show/hide toolbars, and then click menu bar to show all the time.

  • I'm trying to find the Tools menu, so I choose "Options", "Content", "enable Javascript". Where is it?

I'm playing a Facebook/Zynga Game and it crashes on me. Here are the instructions that I follow:

       Check Enable Javascript

  • Launch of actor in the Tools menu

I wrote a configuration tool (lets call him he asked ABC for simplicity) in the context of the actor for a very large API.  ABC has been designed/intended to be launched from the Tools Menu in LabVIEW.  For development, I ran ABC request directly using a development style 'splash screen' that I would run the project who owned the source code.  Start of my development has a gross pop-up that you select the VI you want ABC asked to act as he launched since.  As part of the final phase of development, I wrote a VI using the properties App.MenuLaunchApp and AppMenuLaunchVI to extract the VI to configure.

Here's where the trouble started.  ABC application works well and close as expected with any kind of strange when closing when behavior executed using the development start screen.  At the launch of the Tools menu application ABC is normally and allows me to run all the methods/GSM for actors without any hint of disorder.  Closing application LabVIEW ABC crashes whenever the launch originated in the Tools Menu.  It is very consistent.

I think from then on, it is that it has something to with the framework of the actor running in a private application context (LV dialog box).  I'm assuming that LV dialog box makes the assumptions that I'm breaking.

I have not tried a simplfied example again; but I would like to know if anyone else has tried something like that...  Is the creator of Message AF in the actor?

    LV2012SP1

My client does not let me share the code.

I have attached debug output in case anyone's interested.

I was able to work around this error...

First of all, I made a simple example and found that I couldn't reproduce the problem (no surprise).  I then started to accumulate the example simple until I realized that I had to have the actor opens his own referance to parent VI (the VI it is menu of the tool has been used) and do not use a referance opened by the start screen.  Even if the referance with the VI parent ref was valid for the actor to use when running it would break LabVIEW at closing.  I added the name of VI and the name of application service for data of the class of the actor and then used pre-launch init to invoke a method that would open up the VI of parent ref.  I should also not that enquing the method of ref VI open parent since the start screen always generates a LabVIEW crash at the close of the actor.

    Fun stuff...

If someone wants the chip as to why this happens, I would be happy to learn more.

  • Action Builder is not displayed in the Tools Menu

I recently installed LiveCycle Designer ES4 (I had an old version before), currently a free trial (pending the official license key). Designer runs on VMWare Fusion on a Mac Pro 7, because there is no native version of Designer to my knowledge.

Right after the installation, I was able to use the generator of the Action in the Tools menu. When I opened again Designer, generator of the Action was no longer available in the Tools menu. To reactivate advice would be appreciated.

Solution: There was still a desktop alias for my former Designer 8.2.1 which I opened (and ES 8 is not generating the action). Lesson: check several Office bearing similar names, specifically on the Mac/VMWare Fusion environments.

  • Cannot erase data in the Tools menu with 21 FF

I just installed Firefox 21. I see no point to clear the history in the Tools menu. Is it possible to get that back? I'd rather have easy voluntary control over erase history and other data. Why developers located the item in the Panel privacy to ask first before deleting anything, as he did before?

You can find this article now in the menu background, just like others, such as the restoration of previous Session and recently closed tabs/windows

  • Plug-ins not on the tool menu

Since the upgrade to FF6, FireFTP is not in the Tools menu. I go to the Add-ons Manager, and that's where and activated. I turn off, restart, it is displayed as disabled. I re - enable, restart Firefox and once more, it shows an active. However, it is not in the Tools menu. What gives? I REALLY need that increase the power of work!

Whenever I try to change something as "disable cookies" the FIRST action, that I am asked to take is to go in the Tools menu... WHERE THE $& * $% & ^ is it?

In more recent versions of Firefox, the Options window has been moved in the Tools menu on the Firefox menu. Press the orange "Firefox" button in the upper left corner, then choose 'Options '.

You can also press Alt + T on your keyboard to display the Tools menu (or just Alt to display the entire menu bar). Or you can click on the orange Firefox button and select "Menu bar" to rekindle the old style menus.
