  I am trying to create text using html, so I could format it in html.  I created a text box, it has given an instance name, "Dynamic text" selected and clicked 'display the text in html format.  When I click F9 (go on the Panel shares) to insert my html code, I get the message "current selection cannot have actions applied to it.  Am I missing something?  How can I insert html into the Actions Panel to format text?

  In order to assign html text to a textfield, you must assign your htmlText of a textfield property.  If you must give a name of uinstance to the textfield and then assign the text.  If you named the "tField" textfield, in the scenario that contains the textfield you EF text html as follows...

• Recently unable to paste content into Gmail using Firefox...

  As of last Thursday, I am unable to paste the vast majority of the content copied from the internet in the body of emails in my Gmail account. It is not exclusive to, but it always seems to be the case when you try to copy the contents of Google-related (search results), content of YouTube, pictures, etc..

  I'm able to fulfil this function using Chrome, although for various reasons, Firefox is my favorite browser, and I would not in the shortest to alternate between the two. To my knowledge, no updates have been made which would correspond to, or be potentially responsible for this issue.

  I've seen reported similar problems on other forums, but no more than current spending six months (they have not been reported recently or is a particular problem for me, it seems). In these forums, there are suggestions in how to edit scripts, but I would avoid as soon as if possible, because it is clear that it my cause my computer to become vulnerable to invasions of security.

  Not that this question is not quite direct in my reports, although the screenshots accompanying illustrate my (1) copy of search results from Google and (2) a comparison between the results try to paste the same content in Chrome and Firefox.

• Number of words and then pasting text into the text block

  I'm trying to create a javascript script that counts the words in a block of selected text, adds "WORDS." at the end and then paste at the beginning of this block of text with a "BOLD" character style applied. So he would look like:

  I managed to find a way to create the character style, to count the words in the selected text block and give me an alert. But I'm not sure how to apply the character style and paste it at the beginning. Any help would be really appreciated. Here's what I have so far.

  When I copy and paste numbers and text in the same text, I lose the original formatting. How can I stick with formatting retained? For example, if I copy "BOLD"1234subscript , paste in the same text gives me Bold1234Subscript.

  However, formatting is preserved when I copy and paste the entire text box.

  As far as I know that you can do. In any case, it seems you are trying to use Acrobat in a way that is not part of its design. Return to your document original edit that, and then create a new PDF.

• Why can't I paste screenshot into the PS?

  I took a screenshot using Apple + shift + 4 and then a selected area.  I hear the camera shutter.  But when I go into Photoshop and open a new file, I can't paste in it.  The Paste command is grayed out.

  Because the command + shift + 4 copies to the Clipboard. Command-control-shift-4 is what you are looking for.

• get the email addresses on to the field and paste it into the document

  I need to create a list of email addresses and my only source is an email that was sent to me.  If I type 'reply to all' I can see all the email addresses, but when I try to copy / paste into Word, the only thing that appears are the display names.  I'm sure that it was designed to stop spammers, but in my case I need to use the list to sign up people for a course that can not pass behind our corporate firewall.  Any help is appreciated!

  You left out the most important point. What email program are you using?

  If Outlook Express, click on answer at all, and then save the message without sending it to the air currents. Open projects and click on message header to select it. CTRL + F3 will display the message source, including addresses. Select the address and then copy and paste in Word.

  If you are in or the points on the timeline, delete them. Just a guess.

• Towers of image gray color when I paste it into the new layer

  I have an all black image of a ballerina on one layer, with black text on another. I'm putting a bouquet of red roses at his feet, but it turns shades of gray when I try to do. Anyone know what is happening? Thanks in advance.

  Look in the menu Image > Mode. Put it in RGB if its different then try to add red roses again.

  I have noticed this problem using export as on the CC 2015.1.2 with my Mac.

• Adobe PDF printer crashes when you paste into the file name field

  Hello, first off there is no similar problem with all freeware pdf printers so I want to remove my config system as being the culprit. This only happens in Adobe PDF format.

  How to reproduce the problem? Have something in your Clipboard and try to paste it into the file name field when you print the file in pdf format - you should have now crashed everything that you were trying to print and the program behind it.

  Please make a fix for this, it is ridiculous that I have to install a second, freeware, pdf printer because thousand dollar software does not work properly. And I've lost tons of recipes and work this way.

  Solution is not to copy and paste into the save box.

  I found that this happens in programs other than Thunderbird and the reason why the freeware application works is that you paste into the window of the application instead of Windows' save box.

  Perhaps 'not possible' was a little too hard. It would be a security hole if she accepts a script in a form to copy the contents of the Clipboard without the user explicitly allowing it.
