Adobe 20141 is not show in Adobe Creative Cloud App
Hi people,
Previously, I opened a similar discussion. The solution in the discussion above does not work in this new context.
1. portable reimage with own Mavericks 10.9 install with Adobe preinstalled CC with CCP 1.4 and pre serialized.
2 conclude my ID Adobe Adobe Creative Cloud App. My Adobe ID has a valid subscription to CC.
3 adobe 20141 app updates do not, with the exception of Muse 2014.
4. the Adobe Creative Cloud App didn't think that Photoshop or one of the other Adobe CC applications have been installed, because it gave me the option to 'Install Photoshop'
5. so, I 'installed' Photoshop from the Adobe CC application. Still no update
6 uninstalling, re-installing. No update.
7. check the existence of AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat in
Location: < boot disk >/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory/1.0/AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat
This file does not exist on my system: it is simply not there. If this fix will not work.
8. and Yes, I logged in and out of the creative clouds and exit Adobe CC and restarted. No luck.

I'm not sure of the packer of CC, so what follows is more general:
What version of PS have actually installed?
PS CC 2014.2.1 is the current version.

Chelseaf34629241 did you use the steps listed in App does not open. Wheel of progress constantly calls to solve common mistake? If so, what version of the creative Cloud Desktop application you have installed? Also, what operating system are you using?

Adobe Creative cloud apps don't be loading not or displays "download error".
Hello I used my perfectly good creative cloud for a while now, and all of a sudden it stopped loading or downloading my apps. I tried everything adobe said would fix my error on their site and up to now, nothing has helped me. I'm getting very frustrated because I need my adobe audition to complete a project and I am short on time. Please if someone can help fix me this please respond. I am currently using a windows 10 machine that could already run adobe cc apps perfectly fine.
Have you checked 10 Windows and Adobe Creative Cloud ?

Adobe Creative Cloud Apps stop after start up
Everytime I open Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, they load but then stop immediately. I tried to uninstall and then reinstall creative cloud and apps, but they still do not work.
(I'm on MAC)
Can someone help me find a solution?

Adobe Creative Cloud apps crash when opening files in El Capitan
I've upgraded to Mac OS 10.11.3 El Capitan. My old Adobe suite CS5 was already summary in the older operating system so I've upgraded to Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, Acrobat, etc.). Illustrator crashes when saving an image that is 'save for web' (Image open/save for web/change to save for web window / click on 'save' / crash). Photoshop crashes when you try to open the document (open Photoshop/Open - either from 'Open' in the home screen or "open" in menu bar/folder window open / click on the folder or file/crash ""). Acrobat opens but crashes after clicking on 'Open', has to be force quit. Dreamweaver does not open. InDesign crashes at unpredictable points of key strokes at first. I have not tried all the applications, but the entire suite CC is unusable. I'm many threads and problems with Apple and Adobe, but can't find the answer.
That has not helped Bani but thanks for the suggestion. I went on the Chat with Adobe support and up to now have dates back to an apple problem, not Adobe. That the problem does not recur when we open a new user account and allows to open programs. Now I will try to fix my user account and I'll follow up with the results.

I have several problems with the Adobe Creative Cloud application.
1 CC Photoshop or prelude CC cross the bar of the 47% during installation. They constantly give me messages "Installation failed". When I click on "Learn more", I like that:

2. I installed 5 Lightroom, then uninstalled. When I went back to re - install, the application Adobe Creative cloud wouldn't let me. He says that my 5 Lightroom is "up-to-date" and that it is in my article 'Your applications', not in the section 'find new applications '. I rechecked my programs and features in Control Panel, and it isn't here. I cleaned my registry and it is still there. I deleted the file "opm.db" in my OOBE folder and restarted CC - still nothing.
I must say, guys. I'm not very happy with the time I spent just trying to install programs on my PC. While the plan is for it to be intuitive at a certain time, it is not very functional at the moment. No matter how much help you can provide me would be amazing - if you can provide it sooner than later, I'd be on the moon.

Hope this will help others record the amount of time this error I spent troubleshooting. When you install Adobe InCopy CC, CC of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop CC, CC prelude Adobe and Adobe first Pro CC on a laptop Windows Pro 8.1, I an error similar to the one below. Other installations of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, Adobe affect effects CC, Adobe Audition CC, Adobe Bridge CC, CC of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom 5 and Adobe SpeedGrade CC installed without error. I ran across this test with a clean operating system, new construction to help isolate the problem.

I ran a minimum load of the operating system by stopping all non Microsoft services by running MSCONFIG. EXE and disabling and disabling all startup in the Task Manager, Startup tab items. After restarting the laptop, I was then able to install CC of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe first Pro CC. However, Adobe InCopy CC, CC of Adobe InDesign and Adobe prelude always failed CC. I needed to start safe mode and disable BitDefender Virus Shield and BitDefender Desktop Update Service and then restart mode Normal (services were always disabled). I continued and completed the installations of Adobe InCopy CC, CC of Adobe InDesign and Adobe prelude CC.
It seems that BitDefender is the process to load this function as a virus Trojan markup and stop installation.

Hi, I have purchased recently Adobe Creative Cloud (for students and teachers). All programs are working well since then, but there is a problem. I can't update these applications. I have my internet connection 24/7, and my pc meets all the technical features. While the update always brings up the message: "the update server is not responding. The server may be offline temporarily, or the settings of firewall or Internet is perhaps incorrect. "Any solution to this problem would be appreciated as soon as possible. Man, I really want to update my Illustrator with the new exclusive cloud updated!

It is a new Mac, any Adobe product is installed on it. Before I tried Adobe Application Manager it were nothing, except for the empty folder 'limit' in the folder Application Support for Adobe. After the attempt to install the Manager, there are several issues, including OOBE.
Please help me to install the creative cloud. It's really frustrating, I don't know what else I can try.

Adobe Creative Cloud app "undefined".
Hello
After a struggle, we have finally downloaded the Adobe Creative cloud on a Windows laptop application and the user can use the app: InDesign CC.
We still have a few problems.
After installing InDesign CC at the opening of the desktop application even once, we get the following screen shots! In fact, the user is unable to 'try' the other apps if they want!
Also, the user cannot use the 20 GB of cloud storage; so, the user needs to save on local files. How can we solve this?
