In fact it comes with NVidia drivers on the machine. Not only Acrobat, but other major applications also fall down due to problems in this module.

Please update the NVIDIA graphics card drivers. Additional information is provided in the links below

I have Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extender. When I try to convert a Word file to PDF that says that it cannot find the drivers from the Adobe PDF printer and reinstall Adobe Acrobat 9.0. In addition, when I open just the program Acrobat 9 Pro Extender an error message comes up saying that a part of the Capture 3D plugin has been damaged. I went to customer service and they sent me here. Please tell me that this is not another race. I'm running out of patience! I have 10 window.

Acrobat 9 is quite old and not longer supported. The last Windows OS that could use Acrobat 9 has Windows 7 and Acrobat had to have all updates applied.

You need to upgrade to Acrobat DC.

  • Incorrect serial number: Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro

I've recently updated my computer and am trying to re - install Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. I have the serial number, but not disc as it was lost. I found a download online (not Adobe). When I enter the serial number that I recorded with Adobe, he said that it is not valid. Is there anyway to get the previous version of Acrobat directly from Adobe? Any thoughts on my problem? I tried to reinstall and do the trial version, that works, but only lasts a few days and it would permanently.

The installer is available here: download Acrobat 8 and Acrobat 9

However, your version is very old and is not compatible with the current operating systems, as well as problems are to be expected.

  • Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro registration questions

    Hi all

We have a copy of Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro that I've been informed will install on 2 machines.

This has already been installed on 2 machines, but the machines have been scrapped off a couple of years after they went faulty.

When you try the license registry, it says the license is with another machine, can you advise/help how I can clear this decision please?

    Thank you

    Hi leighh50950915,

DC XI & Acrobat Acrobat has been tested successfully on Windows 10.

Other versions may or may not work, difficult to predict behavior.

However, try to uninstall & reinstall the printer drivers.

Also make sure that Acrobat 9 is updated.

    Kind regards

  • Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro reinstall

I just bought a new computer because my old computer with system problems. Therefore, I need to install my Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro on my new computer. I'm operating Mac OS X Yosemite. I insert the disk and drag items to the Applications folder, as software on Mac installations. I then double click on the Adobe Acrobat icon to install, he invites me to install the 2 options, I check both and click to install. I get my password Apple ID to make changes to my hard drive (for example, to install Adobe Acrobat) but then nothing happens.

I contact the customer support chat, they were of no help.

I've found a workaround. Happened to me 6 times until I got it... Try to reinstall, but this time "Uncheck" the two options, it gives you and click on continue. He finished the installation and works very well. I have not travelled in to try to turn the 2 options I deselected again. I think that the reason it has worked before with Yosemite is because I had updated the v9 whenever you are prompted to do so by adobe over the years. So when I deleted the program, native installation v9 of the disc had the advantage of updates and freezes. Hope this works for you.

  • Try to install Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro after computer crash

    Hello

Over the past years, we have lost a few computers in our office when they crashed (hard drive failure). Everything has been backed up, so we didn't lose all data. But I know that at least one of the computers was Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro is installed.

Now, we are trying to install the program on new computers, and we get the first of the error messages that we already installed the program on computers too, and to disable the program from some of the other computers. Old computers are long gone, and even if they were always there, we could not disable the software, since they crashed.

I didn't know I could contact Adobe on this issue, until I was told the week last by a friend: "just contact Adobe and see if they can give you product keys."

I of the CD case with serial number of product on it.

Anyway, is that Adobe can turn them off on their end, so that we can have the program installed again? If it is possible, and it disables all copies, it is fine. Even if I take the time to re - install on computers that have at present, it would be better than the situation that we are currently.

We currently have the program installed on 2 computers, and I think the copy that we bought a few years we will have to have running on computers of 4 or 5. Is it possible to check to see how much we are allowed to have the program installed on the computers?

I hope someone can answer this for me. I tried calling Adobe, but the phone tree said that they do not support Adobe Acrobat on the phone, and I had to go on a site... that do not exist... This is my last hope for assistance.

    Thank you

I have presentation adobe acrobat 9 pro. I just received a new laptop computer and reinstalled here. How do you get updates because you can't get them from Adobe more?

    Hey waldopepr1958,

You can still access Acrobat 9 updates via the following links:

    For Windows: "ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win."

    For MAC: "ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/mac."

Your browser must be able to handle FTP links and you can find updates for earlier versions of Acrobat on this FTP server.
