Adobe: Can 1) not update you very frequently or 2) acceptance of treatment for this problem?

I have waded through pages of lots and lots of entries to find if someone has asked this and have not found an exact match, so please forgive me if I'm (re) on something this specific.

This is for Adobe itself, having found no other way to contact them directly because of time/location/etc or an email address, and it's, I guess rhetoric: more something to be followed if possible that to require an explicit textual response.

Judging by a google related questions (and auto-complete student, for example "why adobe updates so?") This is obviously something that is not only the effect me.  I DO not wish to have a recent version of Flash Player and PDF Reader, etc, but I find the way in which it is managed by Adobe to be incredibly intrusive and annoying.

(1) IF you really need to make many updates, it suggests, if I dare say, something goes wrong in your software development lifecycle - that is, focusing on getting things right before the release.  IF you haven't, then please reduce their frequency.

(2) IF you do not need to do updates (and in fact even if you do not have), please can you do * something * on the UI / process to manage their installation for the end user?  I lost count of the number of times where I gave the green light and then off to do something else, only to return to find a dialog box has popped up (probably why I turned my back) asking for additional verification and not just once either.  Besides that I'm get advised of what I believe to be were never a problem, or are no longer a problem, against this opinion.  I guess my suggestion would be to try to deal with all these things, where in fact they are indeed needed, BOTH - a dialogue box, a break in the line of thinking that probably prompted the user to put the computer in the first place.

It's one of those things I'm amazed persisted for so long that she has: at least a year or two, maybe several.  For me personally, and I suspect many others, this is one of the most frustrating events of regular use of the computer.  Please, please, can you do something to solve it?

Thank you.

Kind regards

Chris

Thank you for your comments, I see.  Unfortunately, a lot of updates, we often publish for these two products are updated for security.  This is due to new vulnerabilities being discovered/exploited.  By applying the latest updates, it helps your computer would you safer.

More recent but for Flash Player updates should give you the option to install updates automatically.  Did you enable this feature in your latest update?
