  I can connect my iPod to my old laptop but the laptop is dying quickly. I'm trying to connect my iPod to my new laptop computer and it instantly disconnects. I tried to uninstall Itunes and all the stuff on the help page provides than itunes. I don't think it's a problem with itunes, it takes my laptop. I have attached a picture for help. The "ADMINSTRAT" folder disappears after 2 seconds and then disconnects my ipod completely. (I tried several different USB leads and all USB ports)

Long story short, I can not connect with my Apple iPod nano and my laptop gamer is brand new. But the strange thing, it works perfectly a month ago. The technology Apple suggested I take my laptop and I have a TI guy look which costs money. Honestly, I don't think it's my phone. I'm looking for this. I hope you have better luck. But check first with Apple technology.
