Adobe cloud do not recognize my subscription
Hello. I have a subscription of cloud to adobe and with that comes the ability to download and its applications on two computers, right? I have it on both my desktop and my laptop. However, my laptop crashed earlier this year and after the restoration and reinstallation of the clouds adobe I can't fully download programs such as PS, IT and so. I can use only tests. It's as if the cloud thinks that I have already downloaded them on two units. I can do something to understand that I only have it on a single computer so that I can install its applications entirely on my laptop to Cloud?

Also, make sure you use the right adobe ID to log in.

FLV Import support has been removed from PrPro recently - * think * it was with on the second update to CS6, but others can check the exact time it was deleted.

Hey Kevin,
You can uninstall InDesign and you can check non installed in the Applications folder if a file for Adobe InDesign CC still exists. If so delete this folder manually and remove the trash.
Install CC InDesign again. Do it from your administrator account.

Creative cloud does not recognize the programs on the computer
Through my University, I had the opportunity to download all the adobe software, but not the latest versions. I downloaded the app desktop cloud creative in order to update my software. However, when I open the applications tab, I said I did not all installed software and trial versions are provided.
How can I make sure creative cloud recognizes the software on my computer or how can I update the software without using creative cloud?

I have a pass 'team' creative cloud since the beginning of 2015.
I used to use it every day, but there is 1 month beginning of photoshop does not recognize my license, so I used the trial version but it is now closed.
Starting today, when I try to open Photoshop I see a "validation of software license" diplayed message pop up for 10-15 seconds, then disappears and come back for a few seconds and disappears again etc...
I tried 3 times to communicate with the help of adobe, but they are not able to help me.

Adobe cloud will not launch applications
Hi team,
Hoping someone can help me here. When I clock on the Adobe cloud icon on my desktop, the Apps page doesn't launch? This is my access to InDesign, Photoshop, etc., all that I have to finish some essentials. It worked perfectly the last time I used it and I have not changed anything. Any ideas?

You get a white screen - you can refer -:new Creative Cloud application unusable: it is empty!
