Creative cloud does not recognize the programs on the computer

Through my University, I had the opportunity to download all the adobe software, but not the latest versions. I downloaded the app desktop cloud creative in order to update my software. However, when I open the applications tab, I said I did not all installed software and trial versions are provided.

How can I make sure creative cloud recognizes the software on my computer or how can I update the software without using creative cloud?

uninstall all cc including the application of the cc.

clean through the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

Restart your computer

Reinstall the cc desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

Use the desktop application to install your programs of cc.

    In compatibility mode ' ' make sure that ' run this program in compatibility mode for "check-box is disabled."

    If it is checked, uncheck it and click on apply, Ok. Then launch Creative Cloud application and try.

    After testing lightroom for 30 days, I'm subscribed to Lightroom and Photoshop two days ago and in my adobe my payment account is confirmed.

    However my creative cloud repeat me: "for lightroom trial period has expired" and when I run lightroom: 'develop module's diesabled, please renew membership

    Reinstall lightroom / creative cloud does not help! Do not remove the contents of the SLcache folder. What should I do?

  • Creative cloud does not recognize my license more, so no access to Photoshop

    Hi all

    I have a pass 'team' creative cloud since the beginning of 2015.

    I used to use it every day, but there is 1 month beginning of photoshop does not recognize my license, so I used the trial version but it is now closed.

    Starting today, when I try to open Photoshop I see a "validation of software license" diplayed message pop up for 10-15 seconds, then disappears and come back for a few seconds and disappears again etc...

    I tried 3 times to communicate with the help of adobe, but they are not able to help me.

    Any who, already has the same problem? A clue to solve?

  • Creative cloud does not recognize my membership

    I turned off, I have uninnstalled everthing but when I download and start again the same loop programs: trial expired - buy now and is directed to a new page telling me that I have already members.    But I can't access the programs.

    • Remove all entries that has name of adobe. Then close the Textedit, it will Autosave.
    • Make sure that there is no entry of Adobe on the inside.
    • Then copy and paste the Hosts file in folder etc.
    • We replace the modified hosts file that we had copied on the desktop with the original Hosts file inside the folder etc.
    • When you are prompted, the authentication by password Mac,
    • Be sure to select the option Replace ...
    • Once you have replaced the Hosts file, double click on it again and check if the Hosts file is free of Adobe entries.
    • In the affirmative. launch creative cloud application and load the list of Apps and check.

    I have a MacBook Pro with 370 GB available (500gig) HD, 4 GB of ram and processor clocked at 2.7 ghz.

    I installed Adobe Ai (cloud creative) and the installation seemed to have worked very well.  However, in the

    window of creative cloud (by clicking on the icon on the top bar), there is little blue bars that go in circles

    and never seem to stop.  Sometimes the window never appears but if I type the command + tab and I see it as

    an option and select, the reel just mac turns, turns and turns.

    Anyone encountered this before?

    Mine was actually the fact that I never really finished installing.  I think you should go through the installation from the window of creative cloud located on the top of your screen (you will see the icon creative cloud of AI).  You should see a bunch of products with 'Try' or 'Install' and you will find AI and click on install.  It takes a while, but it will install.

  • Creative cloud does not recognize my membership after installation of El Capitan

    I have a subscription to creative cloud. Given that I have download El Capitan, creative cloud will allow me to connect, download applications under a free trial and recognize my preferences but will not show me to have a subscription. I tried logging in and out.

    I will have no problem on my work computer, but I did not download El Capitan on this machine, just my computer at home with 10.11.1 is having the problem. Help!

    I had CS6 and CC on my machine and received updates via creative Cloud. Now that I have deleted my old applications CS6, CC still trying to install the old updates apps does not exist; gives me notifications and shows the applications deleted in my list of pending applications.

    I deleted all of the CS6 files from the folder "Applications" in the finder and restarted my computer. What can I do about CC to stop looking for these missing apps, when checking for updates?

    Hi Xarbrough,

    Access the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and seek the CS6 uninstaller. CS6 uninstall it from there. Restart your computer and try to update your software CC.

  • There are updates for LR and PS, but creative cloud does not see the

    There are new versions of LR and PS, but they do not appear in the creative cloud on my iMac. I tried a disconnection and open a session, but that did not help.

    I am running OSX El Capitan.

    Well today updates has not yet shown upward. So I logged on en connected again on creative cloud and now the updates are displayed.

  • Creative cloud does not recognize CC records

    As well as the Creative AutoUpdate cloud a bug that prevents the creative cloud to acknowledge the creative Cloud Files folder. I moved it but did not help. I was getting errors that subject being unable to synchronize, then failed to load, and now when I open creative cloud-> resources-> files, I just get the spinning wheel that never ends.

    Need help with this bug fixed if you please.

    Delete the .db worked.

    Re-post here for others:

    1 (a) PC: remove C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync/*.db* (must be 3 or 4 files, but could be more if you have multiple accounts to connect to CreativeCloud)

    Mac 1 b): remove ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/*.db* (must be 3 or 4 files, but could be more if you have multiple accounts to connect to CreativeCloud)

    (2) the creative cloud disconnection, close, and then reopen it.

    3) click on the Cloud Creative link files in the Finder (left side, under Favorites) - the operating system will see that this is a bad link Remove Favorites and must replace almost immediately by a working link.
