  • How can I uninstall creative cloud? (Usual uninstall and Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool do not work)

    Hello world!

    I'm VERY angry with anything that does not work on my computer with Adobe, and everything appears to be from a missing or wrong creative cloud installation.

    I downloaded the latest installer from the program and started it. Initially he installed the creative cloud, but the program does not work as required. Its opening, but then everything that happened was the blue cycle cycling for an eternity of loading and nothing happened. Then I uninstalled it. This also does not work properly; While running the uninstall program, a message came up saying "Uninstall completed with failures" (translated roughly, a German written here). However, the defect was that it has not been uninstalled at all.

    A few hours later I somehow uninstalled, I tried to reinstall it. Runned the installer - suddenly it closes while downloading data. I looked upward, the data that I deleted were in the folder again, but it seems that it was not installing right, that there are no shortcuts in the start menu. I tried ALL of the executable to open files in the directory of creative cloud with administrator permissions, almost all compatibility modes... None of that worked, the programs did not start somehow.

    So I came to Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning during the fault finding tool. So I tried with this results (the event log, I removed the license agreements):

    But guess - it did not work.

    I'm very upset that *, I tried now for about 6 hours to get this working. I am in desperate need of InDesign to get running, but that gave me errors of editing that ACC PEUT be incorrect or damaged.

    I hope someone can tell me what's happened, or maybe what I did wrong and how do I get rid of this programs and issues.
