  Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro that came with my Adobe Design Premium CS5 package is no more launches.  I did not any changes to my computer and I use Windows 7 Professional.  I tried to fix and change of control panel of my computer and nothing was working.  Also, I tried to download the updates from Adobe by clicking on the update for Adobe Acrobat 9.5.5. The update seems to installs correctly, but the Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro cannot start.  I would like to know how to solve this problem.

  N ° Suites can only be upgraded to suites. A stand-alone update would not simply accept the serial number.

Adobe customer service can't help. When I installed Adobe design Premium CS5.5, initially, I had the same problem with Acrobat ProX; to make it work, Adobe had to provide me with a number of additional series for this program.

Quit and try again later. "This message is displayed for each of the programs in the suite.  I tried to update four times during this past 7 days and always the same answer.  Apparently Adobe does not support the product more long (5 years).  Someone at - he had this problem and successfully navigated a solution?  Thanks in advance for your help.
