N ° Suites can only be upgraded to suites. A stand-alone update would not simply accept the serial number.

Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro that came with my Adobe Design Premium CS5 package is no more launches. I did not any changes to my computer and I use Windows 7 Professional. I tried to fix and change of control panel of my computer and nothing was working. Also, I tried to download the updates from Adobe by clicking on the update for Adobe Acrobat 9.5.5. I need to reinstall windows XP an accident which can be the result of a virus. I get the blue death creen when I try to start. I do not have my original windows disks but borrowed one from a friend. I am trying to reinstall windows XP but when I enter my license key (from the label of origin on my computer) it tells me it is invalid. If I don't have my original windows CD how can I get resettled windows?
The borrowed XP CD is not the correct version of your product key. Since you have a label on the computer, or you have an OEM brand computer (Dell, HP, etc.) or on a generic computer built.
If you have a branded computer, contact the computer mftr. to get the recovery CD. otherwise you would need a XP install CD that was the same brand (Dell, HP). In these cases, the product key will not be registered during the installation process. The alternative is to use the product key on the COA sticker on the computer with a drive manufacturer OEM generic system. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

Did you go digitalpublishing.acrobat.com, connect with the Adobe ID and accept the terms of use? If this is not the case, do using a computer. You can't do this from a mobile device. This is not an automatic process, you must do it manually.

Hello
I have been invited to upgrade one of the products in Adobe Design Premium and would like to know if this is possible without affecting other products.
Asked me to install the InDesign CS6 upgrade for this product.
How will this affect other products of Design Premium CS5 Suite or is it better to upgrade all of the Suite to the CS6.

Any product upgrade point now is not avialable how ever you can upgrade to creative suite since the creative suite cs5 or you can also switch to subscription CS6 CCM of: https://creative.adobe.com/plans

Can someone help me please? Adobe keeps giving me the run around. Long story short, my computer crashed and I need to reinstall my CS4 Design Premium software. After contacting Adobe, one of their people to chat live gave me a link where I downloaded a .dmg file. However, I don't know how to reinstall the software from there. Help, please!
