Adobe Download Assistant: Do not download

I am trying to download the Adobe Acrobat Pro XI.

I click on "Download Now" and nothing happens.

Download Assistant does not appear, or it does not download.

Runs 8/Google Chrome on Windows

Need a solution as soon as POSSIBLE.

    I had the same problem - my solution:

    1. If you create a connection to Adobe, make sure that you click the verification link in the email sent to you to verify your account.

    I have Windows 7 and am having problems with my Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite 5 Production Premium/students and teachers).     I'm on Mac OS X (10.10.2).
    When you try to connect Adobe Download Assistant with my regular Adobe ID credentials I see the following error message:

    Cannot call CFC - login of the method is not found in the tdrc.tdrcfacade component.

    Is it possible to 'fix' Download Assistant or install the recent version?

  • Download Assistant does not display Creative Suite 6 Design Standard for download.

    I ran this before on my Macbook Pro, so it meets / exceeds the specifications.  I am some problems with Photoshop CS 6 and I'm doing a new installation.  I downloaded the demo of Creative Suite 6 Design Standard a few weeks through the same way and have since bought.  Why isn't the sequel appear now?

    It is correct that Creative Suite 6 Design Standard is not available directly in Adobe Download Assistant.  You want to start the download of the trial from the download page at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=design_standard.  The download request will then be sent to Adobe Download Assistant.  If this process does not work, then please try another web browser.

    If you have purchased Adobe's Design Standard directly and choose the download option, then there is no need to download the trial.  Please visit http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1006208?tstart=0&promoid=KBHJQ for more information on how to download your software purchased from your account.

    You have the technology to solve the problem of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Assistant. It became a presence dead and lost on my computer.

    Thank you for your email, but it seems to me that sloppy organization is the result of the interdepartmental lack of communication.

    A good part of your revenue comes from small people like me. I'm not too simplify the question.  you don't have the resources to troubleshoot. But what I had experienced, too many of your agents was ill-equipped to advise; and when they make the effort, they tell me what I already know or I'm cutting trying to remove the identification number of the transaction.

    Q: what is Adobe Download Assistant?

    A: Trial versions of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop Elements and Adobe Premiere Elements are downloaded using Adobe Download Wizard - a small application which aims to improve the reliability of the download and to avoid the problems that occur usually during large downloads, such as frequent disconnects. After you download the product, Adobe Download Wizard should automatically begin to install the product.

    Q: I installed Adobe Download Assistant, but my trial does not download?

    A: Under certain conditions, Adobe Download Assistant installs but does not immediately download the trial product. If this happens:

    1. exit the Adobe Download Wizard.

    2. in your browser, return to the download page to test the product on Adobe.com. Refresh the page, then click again on the download button now and follow the prompts.

    Important: when you start the download, don't forget to select your folder user or office. A common cause of errors result from attempts to download Adobe Download Assistant to the Applications/programs files folder. Adobe Download Assistant downloads only the files of trial application. Once the download is complete, it will launch the installer of the application; When the installation program is started you can then install the effective application of the trial in the Application/program files folder.

    Q: When I try to download the Creative Suite Design Premium, the download wizard opens and I connect. On top, it said "Welcome, user" but on the bottom just below the bar of action for download, it says "Sign in ith your Adobe ID to continue" and the bar action/download just sits there.
