Adobe Download Assistant will not let Me sign

I have Windows 7 and am having problems with my Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite 5 Production Premium/students and teachers). When I was with my Photoshop yesterday, a window appeared and told me that the program was no longer functional and him to stop. I'm in the middle of making a final for ESSCA and desperately need help. I tried to uninstall, but there was a problem of uninstalling. Then I tried to install an evaluation version of Creative suite 6, and he told me that my computer was signaling that she had a pending restart... when I restarted the computer, assistant Adobe is no longer allowed me to connect. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still no luck. I changed my password and even create a new account, but it still won't let me connect. Help, please.

    Today, my CC has suddenly decided that I had to sign for a new installation CC or start a 30 day trial.  I updated and rebooted and still it will NOT LET ME SIGN IN.  I stayed in this during more than an hour and am so frustrated I tried to activate the free trial version, but it won't let me do no more.  I'll have to contact the forum because by clicking "chat" on Customer Service Adobe has no connection, so it's not useful.  $50 a month you'd think I'd be able to get some help signing in. Can someone help me with this problem?

    If I am connected to the Adobe Web site, ADA still asking to connect. On the merits of the application, I get "Adobe Photoshop CS5.1" and a bar facility with 'Login with your Adobe ID to continue' written underneith. When I connect he recognize me at the top of the application (("welcome, [my name]")), but nothing changes in the lower part of the application and it is still asking me to sign in to continue.

    Any suggestions?

    I created a new admin account on my MAC and then downloaded Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition. I was then able to install Photoshop Elements.

  • Windows 8 will not let me sign

    When we try to connect to our users on our new PC accounts, told us our password is incorrect and if we go to account.live to reset (password).  We tried half a dozen times without success.  I can sign into my hotmail, but not my PC.  Looks like a lot of people have had this problem and we have tried everything we can find, but nothing works.  We can't even get help from microsoft.  does anyone have a solution we are missing?

    I'm Donna G, and I can tell you several things that could be the problem.

    1 Microsoft 8 is a windows I found is very picky and in my opinion, he is jealous of the love of other programs around it, like Explorer 8 because he got more attention and acted up like a small child. Perhaps, if you name your computer while I'm telling you, I named my 1st computer George and used more.

    2. maybe for windows 8, you must write the things he does wrong and things it's just, of course please mention to windows 8 what you are doing and why, cause he knows what you type and if it is wrong to tell him it's o. k. to injure themselves because they don't want * it off right , ?

    I m desperately trying to download for free Adobe trials. I tried creative cloud, InDesign and Lightroom. All these just keep saying "the program is downloaded...". ', but nothing ever happens after that. Trying to download creative cloud, the .exe file appeared, and after clicking above, the creative cloud - box appears on the screen, but it remains empty, with anly the loading sign swirling in it.     I click Download and chose to put it in the folder program files (x 86)-> adobe.  I click ok then it does nothing. I click on download it again and it says there is already a program waiting to be downloaded (error 106).  I removed the Assistant and tried again and got the same thing.

    I fixed the problem by choosing to save it on the desktop and it worked there.  I don't know why but
