  It was to be expected if you have made a backup from external software instead of using the recommendations of backup / restore of the Organizer:

  If you "import" the backup made by other software, you can only retrieve the metadata that you have voluntarily registered in the metadata section of your files.

  The albums are NOT written in the files. They are lists of files stored in the catalog, like playlists for audio.

  Because it is saved in the catalog, you have to run the process described above to retrieve the catalog or (if you install on the same computer) to 'convert' catalog.

  I just got a refurbished Compaq 7700. It has Windows XP for drives of the refurbished computers.

  I try to boot from the hard drive (HD) and infinite loops, it is never past the initial home screen (black with blue status bar).

  I can't open the safe or the HD mode, it freezes at kmxstart.sys and then restarts again.

  My guess is that the screen is the problem, because it was full again when I received and therefore not tested with the system before shipping. Not sure about the mouse and the keyboard.

  I tried a few options in the BIOS screen as well, but no dice.

  I assume you mean information of the premise that is concatenated to the information/node Service Point (SP) of the tree.

  Until we offer a customization of the solution or a workaround solution, you must identify and answer:
  1 - no policy information should appear and the Point of Service information at all?
  2. If it is superior, rather than the delivery address, what other/other value (s) is/is required to be displayed with Point of Service information. ?
  3 - What is the reason of doing business, is simply because it displays the redundant information?
  etc.

  Answer to any of the questions above for what I think at the top of my head, is that (and is in line with the previous post):
  1. you can customize CIPCPRFX (who's still COBOL even 2.2) algorithm algorithm entity - "Installation - premise of information." If you need additional fields tot be displayed which are not available within the parameters of the local Information algorithm. Note that this algorithm is used by MS information to concatenate the premise information to detail MS.

  2. you can customize CIPCSPFX (who's still COBOL even 2.2) algorithm algorithm entity - 'Installation - SP Information', in order to remove the information from site.

  3. you can create a "plug-in Script" on the fly for entity - 'Installation - SP Information' algorithm and reference that the "Information PC" system event options installation to remove the information site or add details of the Service point for example Source state SP, SP, installation Date, etc.. OR add any other details of the entity if necessary.

  4. you can playaround with treePage.xsl and controlCentralPremTree.xjs for example and use DOM methods to navigate through the tree on the window/Page events (perhaps, not recommended)

  A few points:
  -Trees internally would use these algorithms of information defined in the 'Options of Installation - framework' to make the display. The behavior is similar to the FKREF mnemonic used to format the output SQL column or other attributes under Configuration Tools, where the framework makes in-house.
  -You must have entity Information algorithms configured as installation options, as they are used across the system.
  -Premise what tree displayed on the screen of the premise is used in many other places, for example on the tree tab/Portal control screen Central premise, changing so a code affects the other screens.

  18 months and it seems that it is still a problem. English but living in the Japan. The system is Windows Pro 8.1 but before the Pack of Media Centre has been delivered.
