First of all, I have download adobe first cc pro 2014 creative cloud app, then I purchesed TI than simple app on adobe. So I got in my email order confirmation already number. How long that I received the serial number?
Hello
In the creative cloud subscription you do not require a serial number because it works with you email id you used to sign up for it. Download CC down the link and sign in with your Adobe id and password in once you get quickly to do so.
Download Adobe Creative cloud apps | Free trial of Adobe CC
Enable and disable Adobe products
Once installed, go to download and APPS section desire or products.

With the help of CC2015 on osx 10.9.5. I've done everything suggested here: all uninstalled, used Adobe Cleaner, just reinstalled. I always get the message. I couldn't find the "Adobe Creative Cloud Tool.log Cleaner' file after executing it... did a search on computer - not here. I can still use the programs, but the error message is boring!
Make sure you cc desktop application is up-to-date (by signing and leave your application and then from and connecting to your application).
If this does not resolve the problem,
1. turn off all antivirus
2 uninstall all cc
3. clean through the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
4 restart your computer
5 re - download the application of office cc, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
6. install the application and use it to install your programs of cc.
or contact adobe during the time pst support by clicking here and, when available, click on "still need help," http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

I have problems installing Adobe Muse CC (test) of the creative cloud app. It-error at 0% of the installation. Not sure if creative Cloud connect at all. Is there direct links to download the app? I would like to sign up for the subscription if I can get beyond this issue.
Coreyd37751106 I recommend you review the download logs to determine why the download fails. You can find details about error-60 and how to examine the logs from download to the error download, installation or update of Adobe Creative Cloud applications. You are invited to post specific errors, you'll see in the newspapers.
As you have indicated that you download a trial version of the solution proposed by error-60 trying to download Adobe applications would not apply.

Adobe first pro does not present as an application installed creative cloud
I'm not able to update adobe first pro CC 2015 to 2015.2 because the first pro app does not present as an application registered in creative cloud. It is not even appear as an application that I can download.
I followed the instructions of the two links below, but niether resolved my problem. I even uninstalled all my applications adobe, including adobe creative cloud app, app cc restarted/re-booted and re-installed adobe and it still will not display the last premiere pro version to install. Cc Adobe shows that first pro 2014. Because I uninstalled first pro cc 2015 and it does not appear in the application of cc adobe, I can't install first pro so I'm stuck with no way to change my current projects.
I have tried both of these solutions and niether worked:
Apps Control Panel does not show installed Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application uninstalled Adobe apps as up-to-date lists
my system configuration is:
Windows 10 64
AMD 8150
16 GB of DDR 3 Ram
AMD over-pants V7900
120 GB SSD
1 TB Raid 5
Please help me. Thank you
Hello
Verification of case notes, I found the real solution so that others can see.
- Checked the compatibility mode of creative cloud. It can be set to the wrong operating system. If it is incompatible, you won't see the applications.
- Uncheck the box compatibility and revive CC Desktop App
- You should now see the applications
Thank you

Adobe Creative Cloud - install Adobe Apps button does not
Hi, I wanted to test the Adobe Premiere Pro on my machine Windows 8.1. It seems, that there is no stand-alone installation option, but you must install the application on Adobe Creative cloud with your Adobe ID to now it will. Installed the creative cloud connected with my Adobe ID but, when I try to install the trial version of Premiere Pro, I can't do it, in fact I can't install apps with this client. In terms of the House, he says "your RSS home is empty, if I click on the 'Install Adobe Apps' button, nothing happens, no event fired. No process at all. It looks familiar to this problem, so I followed the solutions here: Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application does not open or shows a spinning wheel of progress
It did not work. When I go to my Adobe ID online and choose where to install desktop applications, I get redirected to the Premiere Pro page, where she still fine creative Cloud customer. But back in the loop.
Everything seems to go well with my Adobe or my system, but somehow can't see all applications. Should I have done something else or further with the purchase of test maybe version? There is also no Apps next at home, resources, Stock and community section. Is this a known issue? If so, could you please point to the right direction? If this isn't the case, you have a solution to this? If any other information is needed, please say so. Thank you very much!

How I download/install adobe first cc on the D drive because I don't have enough on the C: drive? Ive gone to settings on creative cloud and location of the file changed already but it still does not work.
Hi brandong13,
Here are the steps that you can follow.
1 change the location of installation using Creative Cloud Desktop App, go to preference > creative cloud > Apps and change the installation location.
2. delete the folder '%Temp%' and restart the process.
NOTE: Application is downloaded to the default location, we can only customize the installation location using creative cloud app in this case.
