  The solution is absolutely and totally crazy:

  My login usual account was an admin account. Here, I tried to install photoshop elements and elements first.

  Photoshop elements worked very well - first elements could not be started.

  So I created a new admin account and changed my usual login on "standard," konto

  installed the program in the new admin account, set the property to "run as Administrator"

  and now I can start my usual account (standard) program by inserting the admin password.

  I work on a macbook pro.  I have Adobe premiere elements 11. I downloaded the video of a new project. I dragged some of the thumbnails on the timeline Thursday and successfully changed.  Today I hung out a little more on the chronology and began publishing.  All of a sudden, the cursor starts spinning.  I'm going to force leave and he told me that the program is not responding.  I left and tried again.  I restarted my computer several times but nothing helped.  Any suggestions what I can try to keep the program running and change my project?  Should I open a new project and start from scratch because I have not edited many interviews?

  Determine it please if you can open a new project without problems.

  You work with the backup automatic in the preferences (Edit Menu/preferences/AutoSave)? If Yes, go to the Adobe Premiere elements Auto Save Folder and go through the Auto saving

  looking for the one that opens when you double-click it. Each of these backup automatically is the project at various stages of your editing file. If you get one that opens, then build back to where you were before you hit the problem.

  I installed first a bit back and he used very well. One day he asked me to update so I chose the update to the exit. Thus, the last time I left off Adobe, he tried to install the update, but it interfered with some other programs on my computer that were running so I stopped updating. Now I can't open first at all.   But what have you tried?

  Have you tried running it in compatibility mode (pretending to be XP for example) or even installation in compatibility mode as well? Also once compatibility is set, if it still does not work try by checking the "run as Administrator" as well.

  If Ive read that right - http://forums.v3.co.uk/showthread.php?t=195482 , I think they say that they got it running.

  But also, what version of windows you are running W7 32-bit or 64-bit? Maybe it's that it is possible to run 32-bit and that you have 64-bit (guess).

  Thought I'd see if the videoalchemy.exe file is an archive, which it turns out to be.

  Extract the contents of a folder and copy the folder in c:\program files and created a shortcut to the file executable videoalchemy.exe.

  Low and behold, it worked and opened the program.
