  Have you checked for viruses or malware on your computer? Just remove any drive Windows should not give you this kind of symptoms.

  I could be wrong, but I think the tool 'tool shape history' exists only in the full Photoshop...

  My advice is to use the help file (in online or download the manual pdf https://helpx.adobe.com/pdf/photoshop-elements_reference.pdf)

  The interface has been changed in version 10, and you'll save time by looking at the different tutorials about it.

  The tool options palette is on the background, you can open it in the horizontal icon bar: second icon of the tool option palette or a first for the photo tray.

  Look at the menu display to choose how view several files at the same time. There is also an option in the menu Edit/Preferences to "allow the floating windows in expert mode.

  To move one photo to another, you can use the photobin to drag a photo to another already open in the display panel. You can also drag layers in the layers panel to another picture displayed.

  Initially, you asked for the ATI graphics and then you said that you have Intel Graphic Media Accelerator Driver for Mobile installed on your laptop.

  Please my friend, don t mix different graphics cards!
  Your laptop seems to be equipped with the Intel graphics card and therefore you cannot use the ATI graphics!

  I have a U400 too and I've got the Intel GPU too.
  Intel Graphic Media Accelerator Driver for Mobile, I can change the settings of gamma, brightness and contrast. That's all what you can change!

  Regarding your key issue FN;
  I think that you need to reinstall the driver or a tool.
  See the page of European driver of Toshiba for a compatible software.
  I put t know what OS you use, but if you use XP, you must reinstall the common modules. If Vista is preinstalled, reinstall the package of value added

When I try to run a program I get this window that asks what my program that I want to use to open a program!  I can right click and run as administrator password and I'm good. I can right click and start firefox for example by opening firefox with firefox.  This same window icons in the taskbar. And the items in the control panel sounds an error and open a warning that says: 'cannot find c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe' I don't see why - it's a new account and I can find this file with the other account. Obviously something is wrong but where?
