  Hi all

  I recently bought a mac pro and shifted to adobe first cc of fcp 7. I am to change a complicated documentary project where I have to deal with different sequences such as mxf, m2ts, mts, mp4, mov, etc., these are the images that my Director has obtained from the different assigned person. These people are using various types of camera like sony fs100 & z7, p1 (hdv), panasonic 102aen, and 250, canon dslr brand 2, 3, etc, I know they use various types of compression. I have also some archival footage of vhs that is converted to mpeg.

  I use a blackmagic card ultra studio 4 k. so I'm dumping images into sequences with a setting 1920 * 1080 p with blackmagic 8-bit yuv compression. I logged mainly footage without any problem. But recently I was exporting footage on DVD, my cc first crashing repeatedly. I should mention that I don't have cc adobe media encoder.

  This is a huge project with almost 4TB footage. He was running so smoothly so far. but I do not know what is wrong 3/4 days back my project also crashed. Anyway, I picked up this project but cannot export anything from him. Note that I exported a lot of footage dvd before.

  can someone give suggestion what should be my best setting of the sequence and why it crashes? My final goal of output is 1920 * 1080 p. Thanks in advance.

  I'm Chris, a newbie to the forum, Hello all.

  I have a problem sometimes in EP 13 when I click Render or Enter to view a clip (or the whole movie) and the window reads "... program has stopped working Windows will check etc. etc..»  Unfortunately it is not always compatible - isn't that ALWAYS the case with Windows! My system is a Dell Inspiron 5000 Series notebook PC with 2 GHz Intel i7-4510U with 8 GB of RAM and I run under OS 64 - bit Windows 8.1.

  Note that when this happened, I was working on EP 12 ICVA lesson files accompanying the ICVA 12 EP I bought - since they have not issued a PE 13 ICVA yet (to my knowledge at least), not my old 'home movies that I am editing and organizing.  I'm assuming that the file formats and the instructions are the same though - that should not be the problem - yes/no?

• First Elements 8: Crash when scrolling to the bottom of the effects list.

  I use the trial version, and if I scroll down in the box of effects (window at the top right-> Edit-> effects) the program hangs and must be completed. It happens randomly (at a time), but WHEN it happens I lose all my work.

  To check the version... Please open Premiere Elements in his chronology workspace. Go to Menu Help / about Premiere Elements. The top of the screen that opens should include a version 9.0.1 if you have downloaded and installed version 9.0.1 and work from it.

  Please consider the following strategy and see if it solves the problem... just do it for a project as a series of tests...

  1. back to the computer 1, open your project and determine that it opens with the media source associated with the project.

  2 create a folder "copied" using File Menu/project Archiver and its choice of copy a project.

  3 transfer the folder "copied" 2 hard drive... maybe with USB Flash drive.

  4. Ouvrezledossier "copied" on computer 2, find the project file (PREL), right click, select open with, and then Adobe Premiere elements 9.0.

  The project opens in the Adobe Premiere elements 9.0 on the computer 2 with all its current source media?

  I just finished a video project of 1 hour and 5 minutes with PRel 4.0, but I can't export the animation.

  Toshiba have a graphics driver 'closed '. But a Toshiba user has recently released a fix recommended by Toshiba to install a generic driver. He has worked for several owners of Tosh.

  • Get the latest ATI driver on the ATI site. Download the driver, not the detection utility.
  • Create a system restore point

  What operating system is involved? Assuming that Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit for now.

  There is a known No Disc error associated with the elements first 13/13.1. The Adobe fix is the removal or disabling of the OldFilm.AEX file. Let us determine if this applies to your situation.
