  Reinstall the printer driver and your audio/sound driver. Note update drivers was also
  one of the methods in the previous troubleshooting. Have you tried the clean boot method?
  Did you also run CheckDisk?

  Right, so avgwfpa.sys (AVG firewall driver) caused a double failure that occurs when a kernel mode trap. It is a problem because the kernel is not allowed to have or to catch this type of trap, so a double fault occurs.

  My laptop restarts randomly the other day and since then I can't past the windows splash screen until the computer restarts again and again and again... Ive tried the mode without failure as last successful startup and I get the same result. Windows now screen "windows error recovery" gives me an option to start the system restart or start windows normally. If I select Restart the laptop takes forever, like 2 + hrs, to "solve" the problem then restarts and back to the drawing board. If I choose start normally it restarts just like usual when loading the os. I don't have a boot disk. It's windows vista. the day before, it happened that I was loggin in facebook when my anti virus blocked incoming Trojan. I rescan the computer 2 more times to ensure that no more threats have been detected and anti virus said it was clean. My first thought was that it might be a virus. I wasn't doing anything but watching netflix on my computer when restart the randomness that's happened. only other thing I think it could be is a hard drive problem. im a producer of music frame and many files, I'd love to recover if possible songs ive produced.any help would be appreciated.

  I discovered that it was for all of you who have this same problem. The hard drive is a failure. I took the hard drive from my laptop which is having the issue and hooked it up to my desktop computer as a secondary drive. Immediately my office told me that the drive has been a failure and to save the data. After that I saved and saved my important has not filed more than an hour later the drive stops responding. So for those of you who have this problem, I would find a way to connect the hard drive to another computer as a secondary drive or slave and see if you get the same warning I did.save that you have important files before the death of the road. hope this has been helpful.

  So, I found this egg Easter for Windows 7 that I thought would work for Vista too. It was an Easter egg "GodMode" that had me create a folder and rename it to something and after I made my computer made me reboot Windows Explorer and after I did it did not stop to do.   You can not write about any common problem if you n t know exactly why this happens. If you are recovering the unit it will be working well. A negative influence on the graphic can have some games preinstalled or many other additional software.
