  and the last MSIxxxx.log (where xxxx is a random number)

  My Muse Adobe doesn't want to upgrade to the latest version. On Adobe Creative cloud it says it's updated, but when I try to install widgets it says I need to install the new version of Adobe Muse. What could be the problem?

  You are on a 32-bit computer?

  Latest version of Muse (Muse CC 2015) needs a 64-bit installation computer. If you are on a 32 bit machine then Muse CC 7.4 is the version that can be installed.

  And if the widget is created in a newer version then it must the version or a version higher than she appeared.

  Imagepoint the U44M1P7 error means that the update failed.  If the update is available you can try to download the update of https://internalapps.adobe.com/downloads/updates/.  If you continue to have problems, but it will be necessary to locate the error messages in the log files for the updates that fail to apply.  Please see the problems with the Setup logs.   Using the icon of the convenient trash in the bottom right of the active panel (instead of the option-click on the offending asset itself) I was able to completely remove the .pdf and lose this pdf on page link.

  With those gone, I managed to download 3rd party within the Muse and everything is good.  You always wonder that spoke of this corrupt pdf.

  Please delete the opm.db file in:

  If you can't immediately find this folder, you should:

  on Mac: use the "Go to folder" item in the "Go" in the Finder menu and enter the path to the folder above. Muse you include the tilde "~" in the path. This is a shortcut for your user name.

  on Windows 7: open a window for your Documents folder (or any folder) and type % localappdata % in the field path to the Summit. From there, you should be able to navigate in the Adobe folder, then the OOBE folder, where the file opm.db.
