  Looks like your windows scale parameter is > = 125% and is put across the user interface to adapt to the scale OS settings, as in 17.1 he used to trigger at > = 126% and many complaints from users that have is not to scale to 125% scale which has been the case for most users. If you keep your windows less than 125% scale, it will launch in the scale to 100%.

  I published a few projects Cp7 for SWF and HTML5. Dimensions of the project are 1100 x 650. The evolving "Content HTML" option is disabled. Published a zip file that has been transferred to our LMS.

  On a desktop computer, it plays very well. On a smartphone, it plays, but the film is much too big for the screen. Have you tried with Chrome and FF, but this makes no difference.

  Select this option, and then will scale the content to the screen on all devices.

  I don't know if there's a sequel to did not scale on desk and sliding scale, it's all or nothing.
