  Thanks for getting back to me.  I tried to download the drivers without result.  Then, I downloaded a trial version of items 14 to whom does not open due to a missing dll file.  I was able to find the dll file and install it and now my 13 elements opens fine. Thanks again for the quick response.

Somewhere I read, that this problem is related to apple security certificates. You know, if it was already resolved? Or are there measures described what to do to fix?

• Photoshop Elements 10 does not open on my Mac

  I have been using Photoshop Elements 10 on my iMac for 2011 with no problems.  Today, I'm going to open and it does not open.  The only thing that appears is the title of the application in the upper left corner of the screen (see below).

  

  Here's what I've tried so far:

  1. stop and restart the computer

  2 put the Mac OS software in the last update

  3. update of Adobe Flash

  4 closed and restarted the Application

  5. search for Photoshop Elements upgrades 10 (none)

  6 went to the Applications folder and created another shortcut on the desktop

  I thought to re - install the software, so I downloaded the installer from the Adobe website.

  

  

  I clicked on install to download

  

  But I get the following error message:

  

  I did not uninstall the current software again, in fear of losing it completely.  What can I do?

  But what have you tried?

  Have you tried running it in compatibility mode (pretending to be XP for example) or even installation in compatibility mode as well? Also once compatibility is set, if it still does not work try by checking the "run as Administrator" as well.

  If Ive read that right - http://forums.v3.co.uk/showthread.php?t=195482 , I think they say that they got it running.

  But also, what version of windows you are running W7 32-bit or 64-bit? Maybe it's that it is possible to run 32-bit and that you have 64-bit (guess).

  I downloaded and installed Adobe Photoshop elements 14 under Windows 7. He appears in "all programs and have a desktop icon. According to I click nothing seems to happen.

  Any ideas what I can do.

  I can longer open Photoshop elements 13 on my iMac which works very well so far.

  I have attached the running system, that I have on the iMac and the running system according to the app store than 13 Photoshop is compatible with photoshop pop up

  I spent a day with apple redefine their running system, uninstall Photoshop completely and re-install it reached place with same pop - up that I can not open Photoshop.I have tried everything it says also in the pop-up.

  They have me sent back to you to see if there is a workout with this product and how I can get this working ASAP.

  I use Photoshop every day for my work and it took me a little far.

  Is there a fix here?

  Thanks for the confirmation on the mail. The problem solved by deleting folders as mentioned on article ml https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/editor-does-not-start-error-mac-app-store.ht restart the computer and re-install PSE13 MAS build from the app store.

• My Word program (Office Home & Student 2007) and Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 will not open

  They are programs listed, but not open.    Re-install does not help.   I create a Word document by deleting the text of an already existing and working on it.   Elements worked for a few months, then stopped.   Both were bought from sources in good faith.   I also have CS4, which is fine.

  I have a Fujifilm S1 camera and I am shooting in RAW format. RAF in this case.  I get an error from Photoshop page telling me that my current camera raw does not recognize the. The format of the RAF.  Is there a plugin for this?

  The camera is first supported in Camera Raw 8.5, which is the latest version which is compatible with Photoshop elements 12. To check what version of Camera Raw that you use, go to help / about plug-ins/Camera Raw in Photoshop Elements. If it indicates that you are using a version of Camera Raw more than 8.5 then go to help/updates. Which should guide you through the process of updating Camera Raw. After it's done, you should be able to open your raw files.

  The operating system in Windows 7.

  I open the raw files in the raw converter of PSE 12.

  I resized photo in PSE of smaller size to make me see it whole frame located in the raw converter of PSE.  It does not agree.  I think I lose 5% of the original image on each edge.

  I open the raw files in PSE 12 of my Canon EOS T2i and I can see the whole photo in the raw converter.  No loss on the edges.

  I also loaded the raw converter supplied by Canon with the G15 camera.  Although I did not to one more than the small thumbnail views, it seems white lines on the long edges of the frames.  I suspect that the Canon converter will seize no more than the original photo.

  I can see the whole photo in the Picasa Viewer and have obtained jpg files with the whole picture using Picasa edit.

  There seems to be something on the files generated by the G15 camera that is causing this problem...

  I recently downloaded Photoshop elements 11.  I tried running the program and got the following message: cannot open C:\Users\Owner\Downloads\PhotoshopElements_11_L515.7z because it's the wrong type of file.  What should I do now?

  You need to download the executable of complementary Extractor or use 7zip to extract manually the real installer contained in the archive.

  I just bought a 11 Photoshop elements upgrade copy to install on my Mac.

  The download link indiccated for WIN and Mac.

  Once I downloaded the bundle, it expanded to two lines - one is called "PhotoshopElements_11_WWEFDJ.exe (for windows) and the other called"PhotoshopElements_11_WWEFDJ.7z"which I assume is the Mac installer, but the extension of .7z is not recognized.

  How do I solve this?

  Two of these files are Windows editions. I ordered the Windows version by mistake, and these are the files that I received. I'm on the phone with the customer service... 800-833-6687.

  I installed first a bit back and he used very well. One day he asked me to update so I chose the update to the exit. Thus, the last time I left off Adobe, he tried to install the update, but it interfered with some other programs on my computer that were running so I stopped updating. Now I can't open first at all.   I was not able to access my organizer for a month now, everytime I try to open it I get a message that says "Organizer items 11A stopped working.  A problem caused this program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. »

  Photoshop.com was arrested by Adobe and it's why you can not connect to and Photoshop services.  They are closed today and won't return open until Monday.
