  I have a page where I add additional javascript code to a page by using htp.p in a process of application "before the footer. It works fine as long as there is no validation error. When the validation fails (for example a UK-check with the location of the error value "Inline notification"), the page is re-fondue, but the application process is not running and so my extra code is missing from the page.
  
  Is this intended behavior or am I doing something wrond?

  This is the expected behavior. Generally, the process and calculations source item, the actions are not executed when the page is re-made after validation errors. They also provide great potential for confusion of side effects (for example reset to a default value for an item that had an invalid value sent).

  However, the engine provides a special treatment for the process with the built-in Inline Validation errors displayed condition so that they will be run when a page is rendered with validation errors. See + {: identifier of the thread = 493070} + for an interesting discussion on this topic.

  An alternative (and in my opinion a more classic and rather more clear) would be to generate the JS in a dynamic region of PL/SQL code on the Page zero. Always reuse the code on all or several pages, but is more clearly part of the rendering of the page as an application process and does not rely on a very obscure condition, being the only way you can make it work.

  Two strange behavior since the end of November update of my Premiere Pro:

  (1) screen (such a list is recent project, etc.) stays entirely black, nothing is shown in it. I can always close the window by clicking the upper right X, only then the software is entirely funccional - I can load my project or create a new one using a file menu and I have not noticed any other question.

  

  (2) when I'm out of Premiere Pro, all windows normally but deal with "Adobe Premiere pro.exe" continues running, I can see it in the Windows Task Manager with his usual large amount of used memory resource - but it seems frozen and does not use CPU, at least not enough to be noticeable. I have to manually kill the process if I want to load Premiere Pro, once again, otherwise instance launching at all.

  After I downloaded the programs winrar, bittorrent and a playstation Emulator 2 my browser continues to change the default to yahoo search engine. I change it back every time, but when I close the browser completely change just return. I have reset firefox as a last resort, but STILL the change back to yahoo.   Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.

  (If you use it, switch to the default theme).

• FSX joystick settings disappear after closing program

  I'm under Flight Simulator X on Windows 7, 64 bit.  I have a Saitek yoke and pedals for rudder CH.  I'll have to set up and calibrate the yoke and pedals whenever I start Flight Simulator x, because the settings seem to be reset after I close the program.  I've never had this problem until I went from Vista to Windows 7.

  The yoke for twenty years of odd functions, it becomes very irritating to say the least.  I have tried to make profiles and save them, but no use.  Has anyone else had this problem and with success the fixed?

  1. what version of Flight Simulator X are you using?

  2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  3 when was the last time it was working fine?

  I suggest that you download the drivers for Saitek yoke and pedals CH rudder on the manufacturer's Web site and then install the drivers in compatibility mode, check if it helps.

• Do not run after installing programs

  I only noticed it a day or two ago and thought that it was just an isolated issue related to a game, but I tried four or five different programs today and they all have the same question. When I install a program, everything works normally without sensible error, and the program runs the installer. But there is no icon on the desktop, I can't get on the start menu, and I can not find the path in all the program files folders.   Create a new profile and delete the old one seemed to solve the problem. Why the problem occurred in the first place is beyond me.   Thank you for your response. It was the right solution, but I missed something in your response. I had to start several times to download / update. Throw/delete (or the procedure of the description) files don't get past not like you described, but I tried something myself and it worked finally.
