  I'm having a problem with Acrobat Pro XI and XI of Adobe Reader. This happens when you assign a language of document to a PDF, Acrobat Pro XI file.

  Have a new computer that came with Acrobat Reader already installed DC.  I am trying to open a document in Japanese language and he tells me that I need to update the Japanese language support package.  When I try to do, I can't find a package to DC and I said I need to download the old version Adobe X.  When I try to download Adobe X, it tells me that I already have a newer version of Adobe (i.e. DC).  Question: Is there a Japanese language for Adobe Reader DC support download and where can I find it?  Thank you.

  If you have Acrobat (not just the free reader) you can set the language of the document under file > properties > Advanced tab under the drop down language menu.

  You can use the 'Read aloud' function directly from your Adobe Reader software.

  • Open a PDF file in Adobe Reader.
  • Go to the view menu & go to 'Read aloud' & choose ' activate Read out Lout. "

  

  • When you have enabled 'Read aloud' gain access the view menu & go to 'Read aloud' the choice between the desired option "Read this page only" or "read at the end of the Document.

  Adobe Reader 9.5 can be installed on any existing version of player before her. Therefore, it should be treated as a regular update with some additional features and improvements.

  How can I update my business computers with Adobe Reader 9.4.7 'All languages' installed? Is there a package Msi for Adobe Reader 9.5 update - all languages?

  Well, I'm sitting here being embarrassed and angry. I went in Firefox tools to check obsolete Add-ons and I saw that he had to update Adobe Reader plug-in. Stupidly, I just went through with the update of FF and ended with Adobe Reader DC. Does anyone else here have this version on their computer? He eventually remove my old version of Adobe Reader.

  I did go to security settings and make sure that he was not 'anonymous' call home with my usage patterns. Would you recommend that I have uninstall and go back to the old plain Adobe Reader?

  I really hate being so stupid after all these years to be so careful about the so-called updates!

  I can confirm that using FF, by going to tools / modules / Plugins / check to see if it is up-to-date.

  I am indeed was advised that the Adobe Reader PDF plug-in for Firefox and Netscape, version 11.0.11.18, is "out of date" - Despite this version which was installed just a week ago (May 12).

  So there is no need to be embarrassed... you have nothing wrong nor dangerous here.   Best I can tell, it seems that DC is the 'new' version of the player... but I hope that others will be able to confirm this.

• Unable to open Adobe Reader - tried to remove and reload

  I used Adobe several years without problem. I use Windows 7 and Internet Explorer with Adobe enabled compatibility. I finished a CC Cleaner.

  Recently, the icon disappeared from my programs causing an inability to open. Attempted to remove it using revo uninstaller and suggested vacuuming Adobe found in the forum. While it does not appear in Revo, he continues to show the 23.0.0.162 version when I "check if Flash Player is installed".

  You could have checked the version of Flash Player installed on your computer with a link because 23.0.0.162 is a version of Flash Player.

  Check if Adobe Reader is installed under programs and features, hold down the Windows key and press R on your keyboard, type appwiz.cpl in the Run dialog box and locate Adobe Reader. If it's there, right-click on it and select uninstall, run the cleanup tool again once you've downloaded or you can download it here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat cleaning - Adobe Labs tool , restart the computer and download CD here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution (locate your operating system, the language and version accordingly).

• Why is-tab order incorrect in the browser but OK in Acrobat and Adobe Reader?

  I created a form to fill out and set the tab order to online.  It works correctly in Acrobat and Adobe Reader, but when I download on my site, all browsers use a different tab order.  I set the language than English.  Sort of behavior RTL in the browser, it is also somewhat randomly.  I have created several forms in the past and never had this happen before.  This form was started as a Word document that I used the import form creator.  Any ideas on how to force it to use the correct tab order?  Thank you.

  Many browsers (almost all) use their own internal PDF plugin by default. These plugins are known to have many bugs, and it's probably just another. Report the problem to the manufacturers of this plugin.

  I have a windows 10 all in a desktop computer.  I can't open or read PDF files.  I tried to disable my firewall Norton Security and it does not solve the problem.  Is a very generic error message: error initializing the Application.  I have also tried to install it using Google Chrome, but the same error message.  Microsoft said that they cannot help me.  Adobe does not support Adobe Reader phone.  Is someone can you please tell me what I can do to get this resolved?   Hello rebeccajw, open the XI player, go in Edition > Preferences > Updater and select something else that "automatically install updates." You will probably need to download and apply the patches manually to keep XI. The last non - MUI for Windows patch is Adobe - Adobe Reader: for Windows: Adobe Reader 11.0.13 - all languages updated.
