You are right; the 11.0.06 full installer was only released for the main languages.

  • My MacBook Pro does not have the Adobe Reader program...

    Hey-

I have Mac OS X 10.6.8. There can be no Adobe Reader on your computer. A Web site, I was reading an article on higher education said, "you need Adobe Reader to use some of the functions...". "I wanted to download an article and I cold not managed to download so I downloaded Adobe Reader.  I don't know if there is a specific way to install the program as if he was with Adobe Flash, but I clicked on the download and now my MBP does not work properly.  So I think I better uninstall first and try to download again.  Are there specific instructions to download and install Adobe Reader?  or I just download the program and install it?  For some reason that way screwed the Pro macBoo upward and now I'm having a lot of problems and can't open any pdf files.  I had the same problem with Flash until someone in the forum told me that I had to follow the instructions specify that Adobe recommends that one follows the installation of Flash.  Once I have made, or found someone who knew what I asked and did not said 'just download the program and click... "If someone can help me uninstall Adobe Reader and go through the installation process?

    Thank you.

No.... MacUpdate.com is the site where you can find AppDelete.

Not to be confused with the Apple software update.

    Two different animals.

The BIG difference between Reader and Acrobat (except the price) is that with Acrobat, you can create and modify the PDFs. Reader views only them unless they have fields to fill in, but it is still impossible to modify the body of the PDF file.

Good thing on a Mac is that Preview, which comes with the operating system can create and edit PDF files.

Unfortunately, a lot of services online such as banks, employers and universities do not play well with preview in your browser so you have the player adds on.

    The process is therefore:

    Download AppDelete to MacUpdate.com

    Install it and run it

Drag the Reader app to the window.

    Delete EVERYTHING in the window.

    Empty the trash.

Download the free app from drive X

    Install it.

I received an email from a company with information of warranty for me. I was able to open it with the adobe reader program. But when I tried to print

Uninstall Adobe Reader, run Disk Cleanup, and then reboot, reinstall the reader of the site Adobe, then test again.

You print from drive aren't you? CTRL + P, then check out the different options?

  • Adobe Reader remains on after the closing attachment

Does anyone know why my Adobe Acrobat Reader software stays on after I closed the attachment (Note: attachment is not web browser but the email)

    Hi juanreadyaccess,

If you click the close button for the PDF that opens, then it will close the document and not Adobe Reader programs.

You may need to click the close button to end the program.

I have Adobe Reader XI version 11.0.10 on a Windows 7 computer, and the opening of an accessible PDF document in writing then all of the Adobe Reader program is closed it gives an error "Adobe has stopped working". I ran a repair without change and the Protected Mode is disabled. It does not generate this error when read-only PDF files is closed.

Name of the failing application: AcroRD32.exe, version: 11.0.10.32

    (Which seems not very useful)

  • Filling out forms Adobe Reader on Linux - alternatives computers?

I work with a group that has limited resources, and they use Linux computers.  There are. PDF forms that are supposed to be completed online using Adobe Reader.  The producer and the creator of the document is presented as "Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES 8.2" and the format is PDF - 1.7 and optimization and two security say 'no '.

When you try to open the form using the documents Viewer (Evince-based, seems) the following text is displayed:

    Please wait...

If this message is not subsequently replaced by the good content of the document, your PDF file

Viewer is not able to display this type of document.

Windows is a trademark or one brand mark of Microsoft Corporation in the United States and/or other countries. Mac is a registered trademark

Inc., filed with the United States and other countries. Linux is a registered trademark of Linus Torvalds in the United States and other

    country.

But when you go to these sites, there is no option available (despite what it says in the text above) "Linux" in the download links.  Apparently, Adobe Reader is therefore no longer available for download or use on Linux computers, that really stinks for these people.  We thought that a. PDF, was supposed to be an almost universal 'portable' format  It's not how Adobe convinced government agencies to produce their documents and forms in. PDF format?

This form doesn't seem to work on Android devices running the Adobe Reader program (from downloads of Adobe) either.

Are there alternatives, for example other software that will run on Linux, allowing these people to simply fill in and complete the. PDF forms and send back them?  We cannot purchase all licenses of Microsoft Windows.  What can do now to complete the forms?

Use Windows or Mac for these files. (Even if Adobe Reader is available for mobile devices also, it will not handle these files).

I used thinapp 4.0.1 to capture.  It supports winSxS so don't know why this is happening?  Any ideas would be great!

The problem is the VMTools you had installed on your machine to capture. When you install VMTools, which also installs the runtime MSVCRT80. Since it is already on the machine, the installation of Adobe Reader program will not need to install it, which in turn means that setupcapture does not know that Adobe Reader needs the runtime.

Capture again on a virtual computer that does not have the tools installed, and the problem should go away.

  • Adobe Reader print does not to a certain printer

I have a network HP LaserJet 4050 and a teacher who has a connected locally (USB) HP LaserJet 1012 printer in its class. She has the 1012 set up as its default printer and when she needs to print large jobs, she switches to the 4050. The problem is when it tries to print a PDF file to the 4050, the print job is still in the 1012. The 4050 uses the universal printer PCL5 V5.1 driver, although it seems not to matter what version of the universal driver I choose.

When I spend the 1012 to the 4050 in the drop-down list of the name in print (in the Adobe Reader program) window, it still says hp Laser Jet 1012 in the Type field. When I click OK to print with the selected 4050, it still prints of the 1012. It's like Reader (Version 10.1.1) does not recognize the 4050. When I do the 4050 the default printer, the status and Type fields are empty. When I click the menu drop-down and select the 1012 fill these fields with 'Ready' and ' hp Laser Jet 1012 ", respectively."

I don't know how to solve this problem. What I'm afraid, is that it has to do with the age of the 4050 printer.

    Dear user,

    Thanks for reporting the problem.

It looks like a kind of set up the question on your side and I ask you please uninstall and reinstall the two pilots. Things work very well at our end.
