Adobe Reader says I did not accept the end user agreement and do not open on Mac.
"Before you display PDF documents in the browser, you must launch Adober Reader and accept the end user license agreement, and then quit and relaunch the browser."
I tried from reason. Without success. Any thoughts on how to solve this?
With the closed drive, go to your Applications folder, double-click the drive icon and follow suit. Restart the player when it is done.

Since two or three weeks, whenever we try to open a PDF file, we get the following message:
Before display PDF documents in the browser, you must launch Adobe Reader and accept the end user license agreement, and then quit and relaunch the browser. There is no link in this post, and I can't find where to launch Adobe Reader to accept this agreement. I do not understand why we started having problems all of a sudden, but it is extremely frustrating!
We have a Mac OS X v. 10.7 Safari v. 6.0
Thank you very much!
If you have installed the Adobe Reader software to the deafult location you will see in your hard drive / Applications folder.
Try this:
1. Quit Safari
2. from Finder > go > go to folder... > type in the path: /Applications/ and click 'Go '.
3. run "Adobe Reader"
4. accept the end user license
5. open a PDF file in Safari.

is adobe reader, acrobat requires a reboot of the system for installation and improvement
is adobe reader, acrobat requires a reboot of the system installation and improvement?
Hi Harish,
If you install it for the first time, it does not require a reboot. But if you repair the installation, it will require a reboot.
Some quarterly updates require reboot. It also depends on when was the last time you rebooted the machine for the changes to apply.

My apologies, this is my first attempt to ask for help.
In trying to gain access to the application for a certificate of birth on the site Web of Service Canada, they advised me to download adobe reader, I finished. However, recommended site then I had to start reader & accept end user license. It was not part of the download, appears I missed this step. Impossible to find where to accept them & when I tried to re download advised already loaded.
Please tell us how to complete the acceptance of license, if I can use the product. Thank you.
Did you launch Adobe Reader?

Adobe Reader 11 (XI) will not open the file via command line
Hello
I posted this question
, so I am repeating again.I installed the new Adobe Reader XI today and when I tried to open some PDFs via command line, it reported a syntax error. Now, this syntax worked so far on versions 9 and 10 (I checked today with them and it does not), so my question is - where can I find new syntax, if there are? Google search did not help. Or what else could go wrong?
In previous versions, I was able to open the pdf file (on page 5) like this (everything was taken from the help file 'Open settings')
«Page "/A" CompletePathToAdobeReader = "CompletePathToPDF", 5"»
That is to say
"C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Reader.
but now - not that it opens a specific page, but it won't open the file at all.
Edit:
Operating systems: Windows 7, Windows XP
Thank you.

Yes, he has correctly reported because there is a syntax error in your order. Try spaces between the /A switch and open the setting. Try this:
"C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Reader" /A "page = 5" "d:\V2\DataSheet.pdf" "."
I hope this helps.
