    I contacted the Adobe Customer Service (via chat) on 20 Sep about my attempt to unsubscribe from the monthly subscription of Adobe Muse (order No. 13389165429). The operator said that my subscription has been cancelled... But what intrigued me was that adobe kept deducting monthly subscription price of my far debit card.


    Why is still cool my debit card subscription deduction - I thought that the subscription has been cancelled? It's strange how it is easy to subscribe, but the opposite when it comes to unsubscribe. Anyone?

  • The worst Support Adobe & service customer - Creative cheating!

    So, I was using some of the CS6 products, but not have all the applications and get an email with an offer to get a 1 year subscription price reduced.

    I got it. It has been for automated PayPal payment. I was happy for 2 months.

    The month of 3d, I received a message there is a problem with billing information. I immediately contacted support and they told me to check the billing information. I checked and I said it is set to PayPal and I can't change it. They told me not to worry because everything is good.

    After that some days I contacted them again as I have not received the message about the payment. They said, don't worry, everything is good.

    I received an email there is a problem of Adobe Portfoilo. I contacted the support again. They said not to worry and forget about it.

    Then... The subscription was cancelled. I contacted the support again.

    They told me to get a full subscription for a full price.

    I'll now try old CS6 products instead of cheating wonderful Creative. In addition to spending a lot of time, I am not able to make the urgent work for my clients how costs more then the price of the subscription. I understand that Adobe does not want to keep their promotions, but it's just a... I can't describe all the emotions I have. I will certainly NOT use creative cloud. It is not worth to spend a dollar on this issue, given that the level of support is the worst I have ever experienced. They have not even say sorry.

    Don't worry, we you fool you. Stay away from creative cheating and be sure that they won't help you when you have a problem. We made a mistake? You pay customer and have a nice day.

    Adobe April 2016, updated creative cloud is repeatable crashed my Window 7 professional OS according to the window
    Reports of the Action Center.  Adobe services such as: (1) Adobe CCF for assistance (2) Adobe Update AGS (3) (4) Adobe Acrobat
    Update, etc.  It crashes when I wake the system of the "Sleep Mode", just a cold start and the freezing of the 11 IE or Chrome browsers... This is not
    seem to matter.  Accidents occur three times a day, or more, since the update in April.  The accidents such as these error codes in part:

    So far, everything works fine.  My search found this useful article from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/977178

    But in my case, I think courses 'optimizer' in my toolbox of the Intel SSD enforcement solved the problem of system and browser gel as well as I got BSOD.  Because Adobe services / Creative Cloud are the first plan is my TSR programs, Adobe has pointed out the problem because the services has not started well after the return of the mode 'sleep'.  So far, I didn't have to run the "Fix" tool that really answers to this problem.  I considered response '5' number to be a workaround solution my problem so far.  Anyone having the same problem should try first answer '5' above and then try the "Fix" solution described in Microsoft article above when dealing with BSOD, returning from 'sleep' and SSD mode...
