  • Sale of products with Adobe stock photos included

I own a market for site templates Web and creating resources and I have a few concerns about the terms of the extended license.

Could you please comment on the following examples and tell me if this is a valid use of stock photo under license scope

    1. can I include Photos from stocks of adobe in a website template that is for sale with the extended license?

2 can I use for example textures, particles, flames etc. from stocks of adobe to create brushes, photo effects or actions photoshop and sell them?

    3. can I include photos in a game/package among much other stock photos where the game/package is for sale?

Regarding the "3.2 Extended License" in the "Stock Adobe additional terms", it seems that these three examples should be allowed, but I'm a bit hesitant, especially on the last example.

"you can use, reproduce, distribute or display the work in connection with (A) applications of model design for resale.

"(B) goods or services intended for resale or distribution, including, without limitation, mugs, t-shirts, posters, greeting cards, posters or other goods and" print on demand "or tangible or electronic formats.

    Thank you

    Normal Hi,

Please see Stock FAQ: what we send licenses?

You can use the Adobe Stock images via licenses extended in the scenarios you mentioned.

Yesterday I foolishly signed up for Adobe Stock and now want to cancel, I realize now there a few photo galleries in my primary area of focus, but I want to keep my subscription CC Adobe. It is using the Adobe website, adobe does everything possible to stop people making this request. I go around and on the menus contact, and Adobe "grouped" cancellation of Stock and CC to discourage the disconnection. I'm trying to find how to cancel ACTIONS without cancel CC. Please notify.  Thank you.

  • Adobe Stock single image has a purchase or subscription?

Just before Christmas, I have connected to Adobe Stock and began the process of buying my first "single image".

I chose the image I wanted and was sold by using my credit card. I had some internet problems that night, and somehow the transaction has been processed twice.

I contacted support and asked them for a refund (they don't me you). During this conversation, I was told that I was on a single image subscription (or two subscriptions due to the error). I couldn't understand this as anywhere I see done website, terms or common Questions made it says that a "single image" is a periodic subscription. On the Stock site he said "pay-per-view the image or choose a subscription. In the table options it is said, of the simple image a $11.99 and then has 10 images for $ 35.99 / mo and 750 for $ 239/mo. Having "/ mo ' at the end refers to recurring subscription but the $11.99 has no this. I asked the support person to cancel subscriptions in this matter and requested a confirmation by email, which did not arrive...

I contacted support once again and was told by another person that individual images are not on subscription. What the heck! now I'm totally confused.

    WHAT IS A HORIBBLE EXPERIENCE!

So... is an Adobe Stock single image has a purchase or subscription?

    Hello

Adobe Stock single image is a one-time purchase.

    Sorry for the confusion caused.

    Thank you

  • You can buy JUST Adobe Stock for three users in a company? The guy I chatted with that said I had to pay $199.99 per year over $ 69.99 per user. Is this correct?

You can buy JUST Adobe Stock for three users in a company? The guy I chatted with that said I had to pay $199.99 per year over $ 69.99 per user. Is this correct?

When I go on the website of plan, it says 199.99 per license as well. Do we buy 3 licenses then 3 plans to 69.99 each apps? It's very confusing.

Well I advise you to contact Adobe sales for the same because they can help you with the correct plan according to your needs.

Adobe Stock license allows you to use your assets anywhere in the world, and the license never expires. You can use the assets, in print, presentations, Web sites and even on social media sites. However, you may not distribute digital assets by posting it online or in any other way that would leave other people to use the assets without permission it is.

  • Registration of a company for Adobe Stock

    Hey guys,.

I have looked through the FAQ, but could not find the answer to the question, if I have to register a business in order to sell the Adobe Stock photos.

Just safe, because - even if it's inadvertent tax - fraud is not a joke.

    Thank you for your help.

    Love,

    Max

    Hi Max,.

I recommend that you consult a tax advisor to meet your specific situation that we are not able to provide you with this information. I can tell you that all the commissions earned are considered as taxable income. You will receive a form 1099 at the end of the year and you will have to pay taxes on the income.

  • Adobe Stock not appearing in the independent Manager LR 6.7 Editor

I've upgraded to the latest 6.7 LR without problem and wanted to put in place the mechanism apparently integrated to post photos on site Adobe Stock, which apparently allows this upgrade.

However, I can't find that adobe listed at all in the Manager of publication, just the usual hard drive, Flickr and Facebook.

I went through more find online services button that takes me Adobe add-ons, but again I don't find anything for Adobe Stock.

This facility IS just available on the CC version, or have I missed something obvious to make this work?

    Thank you.

(Using a Mac with Mac OS Sierra).

Stock is a CC only option at this time.
