  (1) uninstall Adobe CC (use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems)

  (2) restart machine

  (3) install the application Adobe CC since the help document: use of the desktop application cloud creative to manage your applications and services

  I presume that the BIOS chip is damaged. In this case, you can do anything to make it work again. Just approved can help.
