• Problem importing GoLive sites

  I'm just starting to move my sites to Windows GoLive CS2 to DW CS5 and am not having any luck with the Migration of GoLive tool.

  I get to the stage where he asked to point to the folder with the GoLive site file, name of the site of DW and select the folder of DW, where I want the site to go. When I press the "Import" button, it comes back asking me to point to the folder with the file in GoLive site - what I've done!

  Forget the Migration Kit.  Open your site in DW.

  Sites > Manage Sites > new Site.

  Define a local site folder and that it points to your current site in GoLive.

• Connections to the Web site

  Since the update of Firefox for windows 10 I cant get onto certain websites.
  All I get is the error message. Tried removing Firefox firewall and adding back on. Don't agree.
  Never had any problem until I updated. I have triewd the removal of Firefox and download again. Still not good.
  Disabled extensions and Add ons still no joy.
  Anyone know why this is happening. Could be something simple, but I just don't find that.

  1. Open the Avast dashboard on an affected system.
  2. Select settings in the left side menu.
  3. Adopt a Protection Active.

• Password is revealed to the Dreamweaver site?

  Hi, I need to import a .site of GoLive CS2 to Dreamweaver CS3 CS4 CS5 and hand it to someone to manage.

  I have will have the configuration of the password and can be seen as ' * ' (chips) so that they can edit-add-publish new pages.

  Dreamweaver uses FTP to transfer files. Create a new FTP account for these users. It will be different from the account used to access the host control panel. That's all.

  I like the feature of FF that displays top and suggested sites when opening a new tab. I use my laptop for work, for recreation. But as I share the office with co-workers, I don't want to have all the sites that I visit that are listed. No matter how many times I remove a specific site from the results, it keeps popping up.

  I'm sure that the addition of an option to prevent some sites never show it, would benefit a lot of users of FF, who share the same problem. I don't know that I'm one of many with the same problem.

But firefox just appears as "edit bookmark" but does not allow me to another bookmark to the same Web site. So, how can I create multiple bookmark for the same site at the same time? I remember that firefox used to allow this, but it is not disabled?

  In the early days, it was possible to save bookmarks on the same page, but that was considered a bug and has been deleted. Now you can use copy/paste to duplicate in the dialog box (Ctrl + Shift + b or library "Show all bookmarks"). For example, select a bookmark in the pane right, Ctrl + c Ctrl v, then you can rename the copy and move it where you want.
