  CC 2015 default application installation removes the CC 2014 of this particular application version.

  Try to uninstall the CC 2014 application that displays currently on your computer and then you can install it again.

• When I compose a message, I don't get the menu of composition - attachemnt, sending, etc. I can only reach something, if I use one of the words code like "join".

  I had to install Thunderbird on new PCs and I no longer get menubars on the page of the publication. I can't attach a file, unless I type "join" or another keyword in the body of the message. Then I get a reminder asking if I forgot to attach something and you can click on that. How to bring back my menu bars? By clicking in the upper right does not give me the right options.

  First of all, want to be sure to tell them before they try to open anything to unzip it to a folder.
