  to make it quite clear, Lightroom can't sync between two desktop computers. It can synchronize between only one computer and one or more mobile devices. Synchronization between computers has been a very requested feature, but Adobe has not given us yet. You will need to designate one of your computers as your main machine mounting and synchronization here. There are tricks to get all changes from one computer to another in phase, but these are not negligible and may corrupt catalog if you're not careful.

  The 700 D requires Camera Raw 7.4 or later but is not compatible with Photoshop Elements 9.

  If you don't want to upgrade the PSE, you use the DNG Converter. You must copy your CR2 files in a folder and then use the DNG Converter to convert the files (CR2 to DNG), preferably in a new folder. Then you can import the DNG files in your PES 9.

  The DNG Converter is a standalone application and does not include EPS.

  Step 1: Try disabling startup cssauth.exe in the configuration of the system.

  1. one way is to highlight the images that you want to move, then right-click on the folder you want to move them to and click 'move selected in this file photo.  This should be done in the library module. Another way would be to simply drag the photo to the other folder.

  Rob is correct, it is a question of process Versions... but you must understand that LR does NOT the PV willie-nillie. If you had previous settings applied by a prior PV, LR will respect those setting. To get the latest PV, OYU need to decide to do. You can click the warning of PV to develop or apply the update of the PV enmass using a preset... Note that PV 2012 is almost always better then previous PVs, but not always (if you you base on previous PV artifacts that could sometimes works well). So I suggest to the frame-by-frame update to confirm PV 2012 is actually an improvement...

  I was in the process of downloading a Blurb book when I was warned that two photos were "slides that show too opaque" when printed.  They were HDR images with .dng file extensions.  Search Blurb help function, they suggested that images must be flattened by saving as a JPEG.  How to do this please?

  You simply use the file--> save as in Photoshop. However, virtually all of this may be meaningless. Images for printing usually require extra tweaking.

  Use the file-> open the recent item and see if your work is contained in any of the catalogs listed there.

  If this does not work, use the search function of your operating system to search all hard drives for files whose name ends in. LRCAT.

• I did a system restore and the files are still there, but I can't find the location.

  A way around that is to have a PHP file on your server that reads the XML feed and your swf reads the data from the PHP file rather than directly from the external domain.
