  I would contact the people you bought it from.  Maybe you have a faulty drive.  You can also click on start-> computer and look at the contents of this disc.  If there is a Setup.exe file on that, try double-clicking it and see what happens.  If this does not help, open the AUTORUN. INI file with Notepad and see what file it points to.  Then try double-clicking what it points to.

  • If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.
  • In the console tree, click Services and Applicationsand then click Services.

  I was wondering if there is anyway to ignore the part of Internet Explorer 5 during the installation of the software? Microsoft's patches out there that will work for this particular software to install.  It will install not I don't have IE5.   I don't think that you will be able to install IE5 on XP either.
  You may be able to find a package type 'several Internet explorer' from a supplier of software of third party.
