  I'm under CS 6 on a Mac OS 10.11.1 suddenly a thin film of color appears in white or transparent background areas.  This has never happened before, and I have been using Photoshop at least 15 years

  I did all the usual suspects, reset preferences, etc. A troubleshooting with Apple and Epson tech support people and the people who make my custom profiles. Tried not to use default and no profiles.

  Note: if I print the document with "printer manages color" as opposed to Photoshop manages color, it prints without a colored background - if clearly the problem is somewhere in Photoshop. But, obviously, I don't want to let the printer manage my colors because the quality is lower.

  Found that when I print the same documents in another user on my Mac I don't have the problem, so it appeared that I had a specific problem of the user. The last tech Adobe who commented on my son told me to try these solutions listed here:

  I did, nothing helped. Then he said that I should probably just all move to the new user account. Well, I considered this option and then I noticed that in the new user account that the background does not print one glaring color other than white, it prints a very pale, but noticeable, yellow where white should be. To make all my whites seem a bit muddy. Changing so users is not the solution.

  So, just for the sake of experimentation, I opened one of my test documents in 3 CS. And here, the document prints in my normal user account without coloring in the background. See attached photo of the 2 versions placed side by side.

  Any new ideas on how to difficulty SP6?

  It would help to uninstall and reinstall the program?

  It would be interesting to see your color in CS3 and CS6 side by side, settings dialog box as well as your print dialog boxes. Of course, this looks like a problem with color management.

  Take a look at your foreground and background colors.  When you add to the canvas using the crop tool, filled it with the background color.

  Do not install some drivers but all only if you want to use all the features of Toshiba laptops ;)

  The visible bar that controls the FN keys is Toshiba Vista Flashcards.
  You can find this utility in the Toshiba value added package.

  But note; the common Modules located in the package of Toshiba value added too must be installed first!

  Everything is good UNTIL I generate a definition page for the page fragment, the entry page settings I put after it failed. I think it's a problem with #{param.testParam}.

  This may have to do with partial data recovery, which essentially makes follow-up requests to retrieve data. However, a view in a stubborn workflow doesn't have to read the query parameters. Instead, the workflow should have an input parameter, passing this information in the pageflow bean

  I paid for CC student for the year.  CC downloaded on my Mac, click on install for Photoshop and 30 odd hours later, several attempts, NOTHING.  So frustrating.  I get as much as 11 percent, then it breaks down, says it's the internet connection has been lost and the opportunity to try again.  I have now connected directly to my modem ethernet connection.  Half an hour later, it's 0 percent installed...  What the hell?  It shouldn't be complicated.  I paid for it and need it installed as soon as possible for assignments...  Help for someone who does not speak computer language would be great.  See you soon

• Why the colors "regular" (from 0 to 1) look different in 32-bit mode?

  I know that the 32-bit mode offers the possibility to work with colors beyond the limit of 0 to 1.

  What I don't understand, is why "normal" colors appear brighter in 32-bit mode.

  A slope of 0 to 1 looks quite different in 16-bit mode it does in 32-bit.

  

  I have messed around with the preview settings but am unable to match the appearance of the 16-bit mode.

  Because you are working with factors different gamma.

  Most of the integer (8 and 16 bit) formats use gamma 2.2 (medium grey is close to 128).  This is close to the perception human and made the best use of the available bits.

  (32-bit) formats use gamma 1.0 floating-point (medium gray is near 0.18).  This means that the image is near work how light and makes it more accurate for some effects and calculations.

• Why shadow lines appeared when I take pictures?

  Everything worked perfectly, but when I took a picture today some shadow purple and black lines appeared on the screen, then on the picture.   I cleaned the lens, and it made no difference.  If I change the camera in mode selfie there are no lines.   This mini iPad 4 is only a few weeks old.
