After checking-in jpeg images are sometimes different in other programs or online.
Any ideas how to get the most consistent results would be appreciated.
If each application and the system of color management properly, it would be possible to obtain a uniform color throughout.
As it is, this is not the case.
Many people feel that the publication of an image in sRGB IEC61966 - 2.1 profile is the best approach. There is debate over whether to publish a profile in the image to identify systems/browsers that have the good color management using this profile - my opinion is that you should do.
If you have a large monitor range that is not closely emulate the sRGB profile, and assuming that you have calibrated it and profiled, you can see different things when you view an sRGB image using a fully color managed application (for example, Photoshop), a partially (e.g., Internet Explorer) color management application or a color non-managed applications (eg. an older Viewer application). It is to be expected.
Different browsers implement different levels of color management. I mentioned that IE does only half the job - he interprets color of picture profiles, but it assumes that each monitor is sRGB regardless of his profile. Firefox can do a complete job of color management, including even non graphics web page element color management, but need reconfiguration to do. Safari only image color, no web page elements. Last, I looked completely ignored Chrome color management.
Create your image in sRGB color space, trust what you see on your system that is calibrated and profiled when the image is displayed in Photoshop - that is, make the colors look--here and make your own choice on whether to publish with embedded sRGB profile. That's the best you can do.

Hello, I have Acrobat Standard XI and the following question.
I can't delete files PDF, as the system continues to tell me that they are open in the other program... Of course they aren't! Tried to restart windows, but it did not work, I tried to reinstall acrobat and it did not work.
If I uninstall Adobe Acrobat, I can remove pdf and get no errors.
What's wrong? What can I do?
Help, please!
How are you trying to remove: from Windows Explorer? Have you seen active thumbnail? Can remove you them if you switch the view from Windows Explorer to the details?

They look normal while I'm working on Bridge or Photoshop but when I saved them (no matter how save them - jpeg, png, it's all the same) and view them with any other program or on any other computer blacks go through the roof and the contrast is too high. I didn't have this problem at all on CS3 and I use the same computer and the monitor.
RAW files are on the color profile, you request to Camera Raw for use when they are developed in images.
I don't want to be critical, but now you really need to take it on you to go out and read what you can about color management. It simply CANNOT be taught both a post on a forum, and you have already seen some of the limitations avoid learning how it works. It is also quite impossible to guess just with settings and make things - you need to understand what you are doing to be able to make the choice of color management that make sense for you, given your needs and your goals.
It is not impossible to learn. How do you think twenty_one and I know how to advise you? But be aware that there are many people who do not really understand who will try to advise you to "just do it...". "You must understand that what you read will be good and keep at it. Understanding will rise.

Background images are not displayed (CSS, other images ok
I tried to empty cache, watched: config for odd configurations, made a private window and disabled all extensions. None of them had no effect.
Test pages: Amazon.com and https://developer.mozilla.org/samples/cssref/background-image.html - two of these pages have loaded by CSS background pictures. For example, the Amazon logo at the top left is a background loaded from a CSS page. The image itself can be found in gross:
http://g-ECX.images-Amazon.com/images/G/01/gno/sprites/global-sprite-v1._V339353059_.PNGThis image cannot:
https://developer.Mozilla.org/samples/cssref/images/starsolid.gifBut why, why why these images are displayed on their relevant Web pages? I see that Amazon, eBay, and many other sites Web without a range full of images. In particular those used for menus and other important navigation buttons.
Here's what I see on the Mozilla page mentioned above: I see the text, but no expandable star image. It works in other browsers and on other computers in Firefox.
The page that I tap on right now has no blue background, windows are not correct (as the search engine is not a rounded grey area) and the magnifying of research is missing. So this experience makes it impossible the use of simple pages.
Firefox 32, Vista
It was a strange setting. I have it set, then updated some of the relevant information on the subject myself. Here's the question:
If the preference of the user browser.display.use_document_colors in subject: config is set to false, the background images will not display.

Muse will release in the catalyst for business is no longer if JPEG images are included in the file
Hello
I'm in trouble and hope someone has a solutuion to my weird problem.
Since the last update of Muse, I can post on my site for paid business catalyst.
The error message always comes to overall publish progress 61% complete and is:
"Error loading file .jpeg '... ». There was no response from the server. Check your network connection and try again. If the problem persists, try again later. »
My network connection works well.
I reduced the problem of image files. If I remove all JPEG files in my file of Muse, she published without problem.
Everyone knows about this problem?
Thank you very much for your help!
As mentioned, it is the bug is persistent. The Colombia-British team is entirely focused on this bug, but it is very difficult to completely solve. (Notes at the end about how you can help.)
The error has nothing to do with the Muse.
The error is very random. The most downloaded files as part of a publication, it is likely that you are to meet the dialog box "back."
A very small number of persons (3) reported striking cases where clicking "resume" causes the dialog box "curriculum vitae" re - appear for the same exact file (and there are no special characters in the name of the file, which is a separate issue). To resume more hit once, if the dialog box is displayed, is sufficient for the publish operation ends.
Workaround
While it's very embarrassing, this error can be avoided by downloading on BC by using a client SFTP (for example Filezilla), rather than the integrated publishing feature. Once completed a large download via SFTP, operations publication for smaller sets of files will usually work without error (since the Muse will only publish the modified files).
Use file > export as HTML... to export your site to a local folder. Then use Filezilla to download all the files and folders on BC.
The credentials for SFTP to a site of busiinesscatalyst are:
HostName: sftp://yoursite.businesscatalyst.com
username: yoursite.businesscatalyst.com/youradobeid
password: youradobeidpassword
If your site uses forms, an additional step is required after the download via Filezilla. You need to make minor changes to every page that uses a form of Muse, and then publish to Muse. This will cause the Muse to publish and download only the pages with Forms. (If you don't do this step forms don't work, because the code generated when you do file > export as HTML... want to work only non - BC accommodation.)
How you can help
If you meet a case where the publication translates the dialog box "curriculum vitae" appearing on several occasions, we would like to work more closely with you.
Join the beta program of Muse private http://museprerelease.com you can try the next major version, if you want, but this isn't why I need you to sign up for the beta program. I would like to join the beta program, so we can provide you with a special version of Muse 7 that will allow BC for additional information when an error occurs. I hope that this information will allow the team of British Colombia to the full isolate and fix this bug.
Once you have joined the museprerelease.com forum, please post a thread message there explaining that you have met the Summary dialog box when the Muse 7 publishing and as soon as we have the special construction loan we'll let know you how/where to enter. Thank you.
[I wrote this response is just right so he can appear at the top of this thread, no not because we consider this problem solved or workaround acceptable. - Zak]

Recently I faced a problem for my RAW of NIKON D750 images after imported into Lightroom.
For example, the brightness of the RAW images I shot in the camera is completely different after imported into Lightroom.
Yes, the RAW files include more data that can be adjusted backwards in brighter in Lightroom, but it occurs the most noise to the image that I don't really like.
I just curious is my setting in camera (maybe the screen is too bright perhaps?) or it is common that viewing through the camera LCD screen is brighter than the visualization in Lightroom?
Behind closed doors (the brightness I want):
Through Lightroom:
If you want to be in non-Nikon raws software processing, turn off the ADL and leave it off. The same applies to other settings where the camera is something special for lighting or the brightness of the camera jpg.
ADL will deliberately underexpose the image, then artificially pushed the dark areas while leaving only brighter area. This more dynamic compress in the camera-jpg, but will make no-Nikon software see the true underexposed image.

Imported jpeg images are too dark
I understand the reasoning behind the dark images when shooting in raw. Mine are imported as JPEG format shouldn't so I power of vew and change them as I see them in other software
The world explains that for raw files, but I can't find anything on JPEG. This has been the case since I bought lightroom a few months ago. But for a few days once the ambient light
True displays all the files in the library and to develop the mode as I see them in the thumbnails.
Setting up your monitor on this profile, then click on [set as default]
What is fix? If so, your calibrated profile is bad and you will need recaibrate.

Why do PNG images render with twinkle, but JPEG images are not?
I spent the last hours of many track down a problem that I had never seen before to the Prime Minister.
I created a short video based on a PowerPoint, video mixing live with exported slides. To maximize the quality of the blades, I exported the today as png, enter in the timeline in the form of static images, with nothing else than the crossfades to make them go back and forth on top of the live video.
When rendering, always those images were all jittering, juttering, or whatever you want to call as they jumped up and down 3 to 5 pixels on once per second.
I tried to change the anti-flicker filter in the motion effect. I tried 'Always Deinterlace' and "Suppression of the flickering" in the Options field. No one makes all the difference. I tried made 1080 p instead of 720 p, thinking that there is perhaps a problem to subpixel. None of this has made all the difference.
What works has been re - export the PowerPoint to JPEG. I swapped the images, and voila, the question of the Jutters/Jig/flicker disappeared.
Adobe, what is so bad about PNGs?
I found a solution in another thread:
In export settings, click "USE MAXIMUM QUALITY RENDERING" don't know if this option is for each export, but it cleared up the problem for me export a H.264

I noticed that some jpeg images are not display in Internet Explorer 11, but they display well in other browsers. I checked they are RGB images, because apparently some people accidentally use the CMYK format. IE is configured to display the images - I checked that also. The images used to display properly in Internet Explorer, and the images have not been changed on the server. The content was created using Dreamweaver CS6 and Photoshop CS6.
I tried to view the page on other computers running IE, and they also have this problem.
Any idea of what could be causing this to happen?
Thanks for looking in this people!
I discovered that prevented a few images to display in IE 11, while other images show. The culprit was Adblock Plus for Internet Explorer. Once, I disabled the software Adblock Plus missing images showed once again. Interestingly, I discovered that I could cause the same effect in other browsers using Adblock software. There is either a bug in the software of Adblock, or fluid network of Adobe system, which caused some legitimate images should be blocked. Whatever it is, they do not play well together right now. All images are stored on the same domain, and none of them related off site, so it's pretty weird that they have been blocked...
Anyway, the mystery is solved! I know people like to see a conclusion to these things as much as possible, so I'll mark this as resolved issue.

I recently changed my ISP because I had connectivity problems. Especially my router would be closed sporadically. As part of my attempt to identify issues, I ran some spyware that I was told that I could trust. Since then, I have a problem looking at many websites as much (but not all) images are missing, even on websites that I know very well, including my own. What is odd, is that on one site each page has an image jpg under the navigation bar and all these jpg appear except for one who does not even appear when I reload images. This problem also makes security of sensitive sites as my amateur full site look Bank that scares me. The problem does not occur on other web browsers.
What spyware software do you run?
Make sure that allow you pages to choose their colors and you have not enabled high contrast in the Windows accessibility settings.
- Check the permissions for the domain in the active tab in "tools > Page Info > Permissions.
- Check that the images are enabled: Tools > Options > content: [X] loading images automatically
- Check exceptions in "tools > Options > content: Load Images > Exceptions.
- See the tab "tools > Page Info > media ' for blocked images (scroll all the images with the cursor key).
If an image in the list is grayed out and there is a check mark in the box "block Images of..." and remove this mark to unlock the images from this area.
There are also extensions (Tools > Modules > Extensions) and security software (firewall, antivirus) that can block images.

Cannot open jpeg images in my email. They are deformed with a grey block.
Cannot open jpeg images in my email. They are deformed with a grey block. I see only a tiny portion of the upper part of the image. Tried to save the image on my disk hard but could not be opened. For example: If the size of the image, I'm saving about 800 K, I'll save the image (that I can not open) in a folder on my hard drive. When I check the properties of the image, it is much smaller, around 8 or 9 K. Spent an hour on the phone with HP, but couldn't find a solution. When starting my computer in Mode without fail and go to my email account, I can see the full image. Would appreciate suggestions in deca a system recovery. Thank you
Larry D.
Hi Larry,
Cannot open any jpeg full image. I'll help you with this problem.
1. have you made changes on the computer recently?
2. what security software is installed on the computer?
3. are you able to open any image with other file extensions?
4. what application you use to open the images?
As you can see the full image in safe mode, let's try the following steps.
Method 1.
A clean boot to test if any element of service or third party application startup is causing this issue.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
Note: Once you have finished troubleshooting, follow step 3 in the article to start on normal startup.
Method 2.
You can also try disabling the firewall and check if that helps.
Turn the firewall on or off Windows: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Turn-Windows-Firewall-on-or-off
Note: You should not turn off Windows Firewall unless you have another firewall enabled. Turning off Windows Firewall may make your computer (and your network, if you have one) more vulnerable to damage caused by worms or hackers.
Method 3.
You can run the Microsoft Safety Scanner to make sure that the computer is virus-free.
Microsoft safety scanner: http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx
Warning of Security Scanner: there could be a loss of data while performing an analysis using the Microsoft safety scanner to eliminate viruses as appropriate.
I hope this helps.
