I have double and triple checked the information of credit card and have recorded several times. I also never get an e-mail confirmation or an e-mail saying that he had a problem.   Francine simply connect to the internet periodically to receive updates and validate your membership.  If you have an annual membership, you can be disconnected until 99 days.  You can find more details in the help of Activation & deactivation.

  I also recommend to review CC help | Install, update, or uninstall applications which deals with the installation of setting language.
