After re-installing the agent of the view, the view Desktop cannot log on to the domain

I have a problem with the administration of desktop view. Our clients use a view 4.0 environment. Every time when I re - installs the agent discovered in a machine of Office XP (Office pool deployed with the active composer), after rebooting the machine one connection at the level of the customer area microsoft is not possible.

Whenever I have to remove the computer from the ad domain, after that I had to take back this machine in the field. But I can not install the successful agent in the view, when the machine is member of the domain. So I remove the computer from the domain ad, re - install the agent and take back the machine in the field.

So what is wrong?

Anyone have the same or a similar problem?

Can you please confirm if they are related clones?  If so this behavior is expected, approach correct and taken in charge for the update of the Agent is for example to do it on the master image and without the link clone himself and then perform a recomposition.

I believe that the cause of this boils down to 2 files:

SIM.datsimvol.dat

Frankly I am still not exactly sure what these files specifically do.

    Yes, I was referring to manually clean the print head. I see that the 5510 lacks the possibility of leaving the print head manually.

    You can click on the menu of your SETUP program on your screen and go to TOOLS and clean the print head from there.

    If this does not resolve your problem, you may need to replace the print head.

    Exit the registry editor and restart the computer.

    Thank you for your response. It was the right solution, but I missed something in your response. I had to start several times to download / update. Throw/delete (or the procedure of the description) files don't get past not like you described, but I tried something myself and it worked finally.

    But I have to ask: If this problem continues, of course, that a workaround is available, why is this a problem in the software persists, exist?

    It seems that one of the update is at the origin of the problem of Internet connectivity. You can follow the steps below and check it it helps you solve the problem.

    Step 1

    You can access to view the history of update on your computer and the Coachman, who was the last update that was installed when this problem occurred and post back the details of the update.

    To view the update history, follow the steps below:

    a. open the control panel (all items view), and click the Windows Update icon.

    b. click on the link to view update history.

    Step 2

    Check out who are the updates which has been installed on the computer before that the problem began, later, uninstall it and check if that helps.

    1. Open installed updates by clicking on theStart button, clickingControl Panel, clickingPrograms and then underPrograms and features, clickingView updates installed. Note the number KB for the updates have been installed before this problem started.

    If the problem persists after you have installed the stand-alone version of update, you can try to start the computer in safe mode with network and check if you can connect to the internet and post back the result. To boot to the desktop in safe mode keep tapping key F8 during restart. Once you see the option to start it in safe mode with select network and press ENTER.
