  Have you tried to do a hard reset to the router and then reinstall parameters later? To do the reset, please press the reset button at the back of the router for 30 seconds while the unit is turned on. After unplugging and then start from scratch.   It is expected, Local index for a partitioned table will indicate the status of dba_ind_partitions (normal partition) or dba_ind_subpartitions(composite partition). N/A does not mean unusable, you arrive seen appropriate.

  I had the same problem last week on another Toshiba laptop and the solution was to reinstall Windows Toshiba recovery disc.

  I think that the reason was a bootloader corrupt because I had also a blinking cursor and nothing else has worked.
  So I booted from the recovery disk and reinstalled Windows from this disk. After that everything worked again! :)
