It didn't reinstall the ATL update, it reinstalled 2005 Redistributable. So now, I have 2005 and 2010 x 86 both. And it says that two dates installiation are two days after I installed the 2010. OK, so I've resorted to Twitter, but a lovely person under the name of Britt @AdobeCare gave me a helping hand, we were able to solve the problem. I post the links she sent me, I hope they will be useful to anyone who has the same problem.

I'm on a Mac, and the only problem I have encountered, it was that I couldn't reach the folder from the library of my user name (I think that the file was hidden) which prevented me to find the file opm.db that should be deleted.
If this happens to you, try this:
Open Finder, click Go (next to file, display, editing, etc.) and click go to folder...
Then type in /Users/ [insert your profile name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
That will reveal the opm.db that needs to be deleted.

This is ultimately what has worked for me. After you delete the .db file, I revived CC and signed without problem.
