Hi k.Ramesh99905,
· How Windows XP has been installed on the computer?
· Has it preinstalled on the system when it was purchased?
· Did you change to the computer?
Method 1: Try to validate the copy of Windows and see if it helps.
Method 2: Check if Windows XP is enabled. If this is not the case, try to activate to check the issue.
Respond with more information so we can help you best.

Hi Janice, when you get the message that you have been a victim software counterfeiting, this indicates that the copy of Windows or Microsoft Office that you have currently may not be genuine. This has nothing to do with the recovery of your Windows Live ID.
If you think that your copy of Windows or Microsoft Office is genuine, you can submit a support request by here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/help/genuine/submit-requestOtherwise, you can shop for a genuine copy of Windows or Microsoft Office here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/howtotell/shop.aspxTo learn about the genuine Microsoft software and how to get one, you can follow this link: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/default.aspx -
Original title: problem ejecting USB Mass Storage Device
When I try to eject safely my external hard drive safely I get an error with this title message telling me that "this device is currently in use. Close any programs or windows that might be using the device, and then try again. "I did it. I also tried to close all programs running on the computer and it does not help. (c) type the drive letter of the USB device in the handle or DLL substring text box and press the search button.
(d) find the process and its PID (process identifier) in the following box.
(e) with a view to the processes of the system tree, look for the process according to the dialog box find handle or DLL.

Original title: Netbook Licensing
Can someone give me an answer to confirm if netbooks with Windows XP Home, Vista Home Edition, Windows 7 starter (these BONES other than professional or company) be used in a business, connected to the server environment to share files?
I read somewhere that these permits cannot connect to a domain, is this true?
Of coz these OS has not input parameters are even to join a domain, how can they connect?
CAN, that my understanding of that statement means that it cannot be connected to a domain server, means that the netbook cannot be connected to the server to access files shared server?
Can the netbook share files with other computers (vice versa), other than a domain server, on a network of companies?
So what my final question is a netbook can exist in an enterprise environment? What's a standalone machine?
I'm not able to get an answer very Microsoft Singapore confirm after the call to them.
Hello
Computers running Windows 7 Starter Edition cannot connect to a domain.

This is my first time using this forum. I hope that my question made its appearance and that this space is to respond to the answers possible, but just in case, here's my question again:
On a PC using Windows and Adobe Reader, I sent 10 PDF files in a zip file and each label of the PDF file with a number from 1 to 10, so that they appear in the order I want. Numbered 1 to 9 records fell in the sequence automatically, but the number 10 appears under the number 1 instead of below the number 9. I googled the problem, do not see addressed. I called Microsoft, and they said it's a matter of Adobe. If anyone can help I would be grateful.
Thank you.
Not an Adobe issue at all. If you want your files to a single digit (1-9) to appear before the 10, you must add a zero at the beginning.
