After updating FF 8 fonts appear too small

What happens on almost all websites. Of course I can increase the size of the characters with ctrl-+ but this also increases the size of the image on this page. Clearly, the fonts are too small.

The difference can be particularly noticed with comboboxes text is about half the size that the rest of the text on the page.

Is this a known problem or there at - it a new setting somewhere that I don't see? I use Win - XP Prof 32 bit is said by the way. Thanks in advance.

For some reason, Firefox 8 seems to respect the minimum font size setting only if you have Zoom text only active. Press Alt to bring up the regular menu, and then view / Zoom / Zoom text only.

If you have a touchscreen simply move your fingers apart, which increases the size of the text, or use the keyboard shortcuts for zoom in or out. Here is a link to the touchscreen and keyboard features:

I know it was never an option to expand all comments fonts and you can go to every comment and make the text larger, but it is not reasonable to do it for 200 comments.

    This is very worrying.

Check that you did not Zoom in the Page 'out '.
This can happen quite easily if the user keeps the CTRL key and use the mouse wheel to scroll the page.

  • Q10 blackBerry calendar font size too small on Q10

I just bought a Q10 - used to have a "BOLD". When I change the font size in the settings of masters and callendar, it does not change the font size in the appointments? How can this be? the default value is too small to read without help. with the "BOLD", the size of the font has been changed through all the text written in e-mail, calendar, and screens. Help!

I just checked my Q10, I top font size and when I go into the calendar Yes police is tiny on registration of the main section of the calendar by day, but if I click on the appointment, and then displayed in the larger font that I selected. I would like to see the daily that lists more, but for me it's just a minor problem and not terrible. Or maybe I'm missing the problem.

  • I have a 22 inch monitor set to 150%, but since I installed Firefox, the font is too small and the screen is too small. Cannot enlarge font or screen. I can do control ++ whenever I have enter a page but don't want it as my solution.

Control/display panel, I got my screen set at 150% and a resolution of 1680 X 1050. It filled my screen 22 inch with the content of the page. Now that I have installed Firefox, the police is too small and the content is centered in the screen leaving about3"each side of the space empty. I want to fill the screen and make things bigger. Have not found a way to do it. Firefox tells me in my window/display of the control panel that setting my display at 150%, ' some elements may not match your screen if you choose this setting if your screen is positioned on this resolution. " It worked fine with the Explorer.

  • Menu and other font sizes too small

I am running Windows 8 on a Dell XPS 13 ". For some reason, some, but not all, of the text is small enough to be practically illegible. It was not a problem until now, when I'm trying to run Studio Android.

As you can see on the image as an attachment, the text in the console is a good 3 to 4 percentage points smaller than the text of the menu and almost impossible to read on a screen size of 13 ". The same applies to the icons, they are absolutely tiny. I tried to adjust the screen resolution and the parameters "Change only the size of the text", but they do nothing. Anyone has an idea why this happens and what can be done to remedy this? I bought this laptop specifically to learn how to write code, and if I can't do it then, it was a waste of money.

UPDATE: I think it has something to do with running applications in mode "64 bit". I have a copy of Photoshop CS5 and Photoshop CS5. Photoshop is 64-bit, and menu fonts are tiny. Illustrator is NOT 64-bit (I guess that means it's 32-bit) and the fonts in the menu there are fine. I don't know the exact implications, but I think that has got to be a factor.

Of after your description and decide on the appearance of your screenshot, it seems to me that the application you are using is not "up-to-date in high resolution.  He doesn't know how to intensify text/assets to display on your screen at high resolution.

    You can read here: http://cmdrkeene.com/dpi-scaling-with-multi-monitor

This is for a related topic, but it has the background on the origin of the error.

Ppp settings if you want to experiment and find what works best for you, is here:

Right click Desktop > resolution > text do and other Items larger or smaller (link down)

It is clear to me from your screenshot that the interface of the program is expanded (tabs/menus), so it seems that your bet at the current DPI scale has the value probably of 125% or 150%.  But the program itself is not enforced across the inner text (code).  This means that the program does not understand how to use screens high definition, so that you are able to either bump to the top of the font size, the program uses, or lower your DPI so that your fonts are at least consistent (using 100%).

  • After updating Firefox, the font on my screen size has been reduced for all applications. How can I increase the size of the font on my screen?

After the update, the next screen shows all the letters in smaller characters, with fewer pixels. All screens are like that now, and I found nothing in Firefox Help content. It is a problem because I have vision problems. So, how can I increase the font size that had it before? My screen is approximately 20 inches wide.

Also, any chance I can change all the font to Arial instead of Times New Roman?

  • Fonts by too small post in iOS 10

I noticed that since the upgrade to iOS 10, the font size in the body of emails is very low when the sender is not an iOS device.

I checked my settings and everything looks good on this front.  When I get emails from other iOS devices, fonts on enamel look. But if the sender is from, say, a computer, then the fonts are very very small.  This also happens on my iPad after the upgrade, but not on the mailer for Mac OS application.

I reset all my settings, and it does not solve the problem.

This allows to perform multiple versions of iOS there and the problem slipped somehow.

    Anyone else having this problem?
