After Windows 10 update shows only creative cloud "you have been signed."

I did the 10 Windows Update a couple of days. Creative cloud did not be connected.

I entered my e-mail address and password, he said "You have been signed."

I thought I got the wrong password, so I did a reset. (Did you know that you can not reuse a password on creative cloud? He refused my first password reset, probably because I used my valid password.)

So now I have a new password it's hopeless to remember, and when I connect to creative cloud, it says "You have been signed."
