I did the 10 Windows Update a couple of days. Creative cloud did not be connected.

I just tried to install the Adobe Creative Cloud trail and the apps tab does not work and I tried to uninstall several times and nothing. Any suggestions?

So please delete what ever cookies or programs so that I can finally use my Adobe Photoshop 13 redeemed on July 2015, I use now for the first volume. [email removed]
You are the only person who can delete the cookies on your computer. CCleaner is a freely available tool that can help you do this as well as many other maintenance tasks. I do not favour CCleaner as a habit... I use it as a habit well.
PS - to apply to Adobe here in this public forum is not to attract the attention of everyone at Adobe who could lead to change the way they market their products.

I have download and install creative cloud with no problems. In the window of creative cloud cannot display the APPS page (while other 'Home', 'Community' can be seen. This is why I can't select the application to be updated. Thanks for your help
