  Welcome to the communities of Apple Support! It is a great place to get help with connection problems to the App Store and access other applications on your iPad. I know that there are some applications that I rely on every day, so I'll do my utmost to help find a solution.

  As point of departure, we will you force him to close all open applications on your iPad. Once you've done that, go ahead and reboot your iPad. Once it is up and running, test on the App Store to see if you are able to access. Here are some useful resources to guide you through the process described above:

  If you cannot connect to the iTunes Store

  As a step in isolation, it would be wise to check if you have problems with the App Store and other applications while using a Wi - Fi connection and cell phone. If the problem persists with the two types of connection, try resetting the network settings on your iPad. Please note that you erase all the stored passwords and Wi - Fi networks. To complete this step, go to settings > general > reset > reset network settings. After you restart your iPad, test the apps again.

• Unable to restore the settings for WRT54G v. 2.2

  I have updated the firmware on my WRT54G v 2.2.  By following the instructions in "Guide Me", I have everything first to save the settings, then reset the router by pressing the reset button at the back of the router for 30 seconds.  However, when I tried to restore the settings, navigation and by opening the code.bin file saved on my desktop, I got the error message "invalid image file".  Now, I've lost my router settings, including the name of the network and secure settings.  How to restore settings, or if this is not possible how do I manually set parameters?

  In the left pane of Network and Sharing Center is a link manage wireless networks. Clicking on it leads to this dialog box:

  Remove the old network and select Add, just follow the wizard to match the settings you have on the wireless router.

  What happens and what do you see when you try to open the system restore?

  When you say things "did not work", we need to know which "did not work" means exactly... I get an error message, nothing seems to happen, the system crashes, etc.

  Try answering the following questions, the better you can:

  Maybe someday the dialog box 'ask a question' forums XP will ask these questions automatically when a new thread is started so I don't have to ask every time.  It might even be possible to solve a problem in a single response when enough information is provided.

  Please provide additional information on your system:

  What is your system brand and model?

  What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

  The afflicted system has a CD/DVD drive work?

  You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?

  What you see you don't think you need to see?

  What do not you think that you should see?

  If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?

  I use firefox on a MacBook pro. Mac OS X version 10.7.5. There was an update of firefox on a day or 2 ago. Since this was done, I was getting 'syntax error' 5 times, each time that a page has been loaded. Some research has suggested that an application or a plug-in called "social fixer" might be the problem but I could not understand how to get rid of it so decided to try to reset Firefox. Minutes passed and a message was on the screen saying the old files of firefox have been been "cleaned" or something, but it seems to be 'stuck' because the progress bar was little jerky. Doesn't it usually doesn't. So I clicked on "Cancel". After that, I couldn't even firefox to start. Looks like my profile is unavailable or inaccessible. Following the instructions found on the support site, I created a new profile and I thought I copied the files from the previous firefox on the new profile, but when I run firefox, it's a blank slate. None of my bookmarks or passwords are there. It must be here somewhere, but I can't seem to understand.

  Looks like there was a problem with updating the profiles.ini file.

  You can try to remove the current profiles.ini file to force Firefox to create a new default profile where Firefox has not done that.
  You can check if there is a profile folder with a number of attached time stamp and in this case, you can set the location of a profile created in this folder.

  All your data such as bookmarks, passwords etc., is contained in a folder called 'profile '. See: profiles of boards - where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data
