After you install a new program, now Vista connect as a guest

HI.my first diagnosis was a "hump" that was recognized at every start since. (update installed). First changed the default security id, then I installed software for usb tv-(hard to do with xp drivers) there a little no problem of compatibility, the degradation of the system began with unknown HDDs then and... the system somehow started returned the office and my name in connection to a previous image of the bu (don't tell me) make me a guest whenever he starts. It seems stuck in this loop with the observer of events being the main pirate I can't turn it on (? bypass) and this overflow the installation cd will not work with a dll reinstall. Return at another time is what I see every time with programs that want to register again and again. HELP tech guy - my programs cannot be transferred, and I don't know how to manually move (obviuosly connected registry database)... This can be corrected?

Photosmart HP 5510 will be not printed black before and after you installed the new cartridge.  The specified controls did.

Yes, I was referring to manually clean the print head. I see that the 5510 lacks the possibility of leaving the print head manually.

You can click on the menu of your SETUP program on your screen and go to TOOLS and clean the print head from there.

If this does not resolve your problem, you may need to replace the print head.

  • Installed a new program. Cannot connect past welcome screen. Black screen of death. Connected with Safe Mode.

After you install the program for my Logitech Quickcam 4000 computer asked me to restart. When I did I went to the login screen I have entered my password, but the only thing that's happened is he went to the 'Welcome' screen and the circle just kept spinning. I left it like that for a while and it never connected. After that, I tried to do a system restore and suggested the recommended restore point. When he finished I got the screen black "of death" I put the Vista reinstall disk in and ran all the test and everything going on I also used Dell driver disk and all the tests taken as well. After that I was able to come back with safe mode and I tried to remove the Logitech program but he said: my assistant of Installashield was not set up correctly, so he could not remove the program. Then, I went to try a restore later and everything what is in that there are the restore points for drivers for Logitech. I can't do a restore to even the day before point. If I could just go back a little further I would be able to make it work. I'm now connected with networking and the mode of the sfe. This works well, but for some reason that I can't log on in Windows Normal mode. Help, please!

    Hello

    ·        What are the tests you're talking about?

    Method 1:

I suggest to try the last known good configuration and check if you're able to connect normally to the desktop. Follow the steps mentioned below.

    a. restart and keep tapping F8 until you reach the start menu.

    b. Select last known good configuration and press ENTER.

    c. check to see if you are able to boot to the desktop.

    Method 2:

As you mentioned in your post that you are able to start in safe mode, I suggest to disable the Logitech Quickcam 4000 in the Device Manager and check if the problem is resolved. Follow the steps mentioned below.

    a. after the start in safe mode, click Start menu and type device manager in the search box of start and press ENTER.

    b. right-click on the driver is installed on the system and click on disable.

    c. now checks to see if you are able to the system.

    Method 3:

I suggest you remove the Logitech Quickcam 4000 folder which is present in the programs on the system folder and check if you're able to boot the system.

    a. click on Start menu and click computer.

    b. click on C: / drive and click programs.

    c. find the folder and right-click on it to remove it from the system.

    Thanks and regards.

    Hello

Have you replaced any hardware, or reinstalled Windows 7?

It is possible that the store of licenses of Windows 7 may be damaged or unreadable. Try the steps below to re-create the store.

    (1) open an Internet browser
    (2) type: %windir%\system32 in the browser's address bar.
    (3) find the CMD.exe file
    (4) make a right click on CMD.exe and select "Run as Administrator"
    (5) type: net stop sppsvc (it may ask you if you're sure, select Yes)
Note: the Software Protection service may not be running, that's ok.
    (6) type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
    (7) type: Rename tokens.bar tokens.dat
    (8) type: cd %windir%\system32
    (9) type: net start sppsvc
    (10) type: slui.exe
    (11) after a few seconds of activating Windows dialog box will appear. You may need to reactivate and/or re - enter your product key or Activation can
    happen automatically.

If you have a product key, you can re-enable Windows 7.

    1. click on the Start button
    2. type: slui.exe 3 and press the Enter key
    3. Enter the product key from the sticker on your computer
    4. click on the next button.
    5. you will be asked if want to enable, click ok

You can also activate by phone as follows:

Anyone have a phone number for uk support it is a person not a machine?

original title: Windows XP activation problems

Your problem is probably because you have a preinstalled Windows - an OEM copy - copy and these licenses CANNOT be transferred to the new motherboards or new computers, except in conditions of warranty.

Activatin is using the product key - which consists of 5 blocks of 5 characters each.

The ID of the product that is referenced in the Sytem Propertyies page, will show if you have a key OEM - the second group of characters will be OEM, if so.

  • laptop does not start after you install a new hard drive

HP G60-630us laptop... .replaced hard drive... .installed 3 boot disks... After you remove the last drive, when you click on continue it is supposed to start... .it reads no boot device... . If put you the first disc to start, you end up back where you started... I changed the boot order and put the hard drive first... even starts

    Hello

That sound great for the hard drive.

With regard to the problem you have with Windows activation, it's because your laptop is listed as originally came with Windows 7 Home Premium - as I mentioned in my guide for the creation of a sale installation disc at retail, the image that you use needs to be also be Home Premium - IE you cannot move to professional or ultimate edition as the key on your COA label will not work for a different version of Home Premium and there is no way around that.

The image that should be used is on the following link.

    Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

You will need to create another disc of installation using the above Image and then use it to reinstall Windows 7 - the activation methods I described previously, then will work fine.

    Kind regards

  • Certificate of authenticity will work after you install the new copy of Windows 7 64-bit?

    * Original title: COA

    Hi all

I bought a used Dell laptop which still has its COA on the bottom of the unit.  Apparently the device was installed with Win 7 when new.  I would like to install a new copy of Win 7 64 bit, but would not know if the COST I would work since there is no information if the original installation is 32-bit or 64-bit.   Thanks for any information you could share with me.

    TT

The COA will work as long you have correspondent reinstall media:

For 5 years, Microsoft made it fairly easy for users of the Windows 7 operating system to get reinstall media. If you have lost your support disc or installation retail collection; either it has been damaged or defective; You can download a copy of the edition that you have licensed from a membership site called Digital River. More recently, Microsoft ended the availability to reinstall media that you can download as a. File ISO in Digital River, which is a digital reproduction of an optical disc.

It was particularly convenient for people who could not easily get the manufacturer's recovery media, did not want to pay the fees required to get or preferred a clean configuration without the software packaged manufacturers or even a recovery partition does not work. It's easy to use, all you had to do was reinstall and reactivate using the product key located on the certificate of authenticity and download all the drivers on the manufacturers website.

Given that this option is no longer available, what are your options? See the article for more details:
