  You may be able to transfer your gamertag to another ID Windows Live ID. If you are on a child's account, then you will need to contact the person who made the parent account to adjust your settings. See the link below on how to transfer your gamertag. If it does not my only suggestion would be to create a new Windows Live ID.

  According to the description, it seems you are trying to delete videos from Xbox movies.
  By default the video app will appear in the video window Library locations, and then the video application can detect the content automatically from the video library.
  I suggest you open Windows Video Library and check if the videos are there are.
  a. in Windows 8 start screen, tap or click out of office. This will open the classic view from the office.
  b. tap or click File Explorer (the Manila folder next to the icon of Internet Explorer icon).
  c. under libraries, tap or click on videos.

• Why are my films purchased not appearing is not on video Xbox?

  I was buy movies through video of Microsoft services because it is the Zune Marketplace. Bought some of my older movies like Iron man 2, Expendables and Kick-* appear, but some others do not. I bought the movie Sucker Punch twice, both the regular and extended cut. Which none does not appear in my library of movies on my Surface, ' Xbox360, or your laptop. I originally downloaded the movies on my old PC, but even to copy the copy on my Surface or the laptop does not work because of the DRM. X - Men First Class was bought and did the same thing as well. Sucker Punch is showing again available for purchase digitally on the site and it asks me to buy, once again. I had already bought the Blu - Ray version, so buy me still would be to buy the film for a 4th time! This is ridiculous. The whole point of buying the film is I can watch it at a later date. Then they make it unavailable to you, what's the point? The tell you to download for your protection, but its cargo with DRM so if you never change computer or peripheral DRM makes your useless copy. This isn't like I wouldn't be able to watch my copy of Blu - Ray, if I never changed to Blu - Ray players. It becomes crazy, that's why people don't want to go digital. The technology is great and amazing, but with all these restrictions to your own stuff, its no wonder people don't want to go digital. Is there anything I can do to be able to watch the content, I've already bought, twice by Microsoft services and now been locked on?

  I have recently moved to the United Kingdom, however, shortly before this, I bought more than $ content $100 Xbox video (tv series). However, after the change in my area, I was horrified to discover that none of this content worked more.

  All content is available in the United Kingdom (I checked, and they are all UK programs in any case), so I expected no problems.

  My transaction history says that all this content has been purchased and I was wondering if there was some way that this problem could be solved, or maybe my Microsoft Points refunded?

  Apart from that, I also bought (while in the United Kingdom) the complete series of The Mighty Boosh. I bought this on the Xbox, but in the Xbox video PC (for Windows RT) application, a single episode appears. It works fine on the Xbox, and the only episode that appears on the PC works fine as well. I don't know if this problem is related, but if it is not, then, I'm a little disappointed by the number of serious problems with the Xbox video service (which had problems not solved with no video Xbox bought categorization of media, as well as worked fine before the update).

  OK, so I have my xbox 360 and a laptop of HP under win7 set up on my home network to my dell PC winVISTA.  One day the network just stopped working no real reason.  The xbox and the laptop can connent to the internet but do not communicate with each other.  Pls help and nothing changed just, it stopped working.  The xbox is my media hub and my laptop for work, this is all very frustrating.  Thnx in advance for any help.

• Video call of Facebook app does not work

  I tried and tried to install the video calling of Facebook application. I downloaded the executable, but it does not work. When I click on the file, the "Run" dialog box appears, I click on "Run" and then nothing happens.   If you want to submit feedback about this requirement, you can do so by using the feedback option in the application.

  Any application that is using my Windows Live account works without incident. I can access, browse and buy games, music and video via Xbox Live on the Xbox 360.   Able to understand this one. My video folder is in my V:\ drive (reasons of space). He has been moved correctly (using the location on the video folder tab in my profile). However, it is proposed on the Z:\ drive which was later renamed the V:\ reader in my storage pool. I don't have no "move" this special on the drive V:\ folder when it was renamed so whenever I tried to download a video in the video Xbox application trying to download on the nonexistent Z:\ drive. By updating the registry using the article here: http://www.winhelponline.com/blog/do-not-move-special-folders-to-the-root-drive/ I managed to solve this problem.
