  If the built-in administrator should be enabled or disabled is really your choice.
  If you decide to keep activated:
  1. give it a password (make a written copy and not to lose).
  2. it MUST not be used on a daily basis.
  3. should your emergency backup Administrator account ONLY.
  4. you must create an account admin with you as an administrator.
  5. the choice is yours. Others will say that you must open a regular user account and use it for every day. If you agree, do.

  The problem is when you create a 'hidden and protected' so apex will associate a value of the checksum for the value of this item and you change the value, the checksum will be not changed.

  If there is no problem of security use 'Hidden' instead of "hidden and protected" for this element.

• Hidden elements in the apex 4 now hidden and protected

  Hidden and protected option is no longer available in 4 Apex. Now, a hidden item is automatically hidden and protected.
  
  This gives me problems with my application.
  I created a page with a menu.
  When I click on the menu my page gets filled with content.
  
  I do this with a text element.
  In this element of text, I fill the content id. When I click on the menu a JavaScript fills the text with the correct content id element.
  The content area shows the content id, and the content is displayed.
  
  Now if I put the text as hidden field, the page gives me an error

  There is a type of 'Hidden' and a separate place under "settings" to "Protected" and you answer Yes or no to the selection list.

  I am trying to encrypt and protect my SQLite database. To do this, I have generated a pair of public/private key using the administration Blackberry signature tool. Then, I added the .key file to my project and written the code for encryption and data protection. It shows that my application tries to access a secure API which means that it is not properly signed.

  I'll answer my own question, as I understand the problem.

  For some reason, nest the deletion of your account and resseting it does not work. It will not be conn ct to Orbi. But a factory reset did the trick.

  To do a factory reset on nest protect so it does not work with Orbi, just hold the home button until it turns blue. Continue to hold until the NEST begins to tell you it's serial number. Release the button before nest is done reading. You will be asked to redo a complete set, and with the large network of Orbi, it worked like a charm.

  I have a smart book of sylvania.  She has windows embedded compact 7 on it.  I could not find any where on it where there was a protection software for viruses.  I couldn't find any info online for antivirus for her protection.  I could not download any protection so that it is even not microsoft essentials.  I got a pop up saying that she had some virus top after 2 days.  Help, how clean and use protection software?

• problem with defrag and 'protection stub program '.

  I have defraged my drive and ended up with a problem with the execution errors. so I restored to a prevoious version, which eliminated this problem but now I had to reinstall my Dungeon siege11 and I get a "stub of protection has stopped working" error and I can't find anything on this stub of protection. the same thing happened when I tried to load and play Dungeon Diege11 Broken World.  but it din't happen when I loaded Titan Quest. all susgestions on how I want to reload this stub of protection? I don't have a vista cd that my computer camae with it preloaded.

• Backup Windows and Protection/restoration of the point system failed to create (Vista32 Ultimate).

  I noticed this problem a few days ago.  I don't know what could have caused the system to change behavior. The last good backup comes from 26/12/2010.  Protection system reports find no restore point on the disk (System), used for the creation of these previoiusly.

  After reviewing some of the other threads on this site describing similar problems, I tried some of their recommendations without success (e.g. restoration rotating on and outside, software disabling AV and security, clean the system with Malwarebytes [he found something called "Closetmaid" and deleted] and Prevx, run CheckDSK, run the System File Checker [which is not able to fix the Desktop.ini but nothing else I've seen]) , and, of course, punctuated by reboots.

  The behavior of the System Protection tool is it hangs at the opening for about 2 hours. or while displaying the message "searching for restore points.  Once completed, it lists the system drive and the external backup drive and no restore point (they were taken on the system drive).  The system drive is checked.  Select "Create" translates into another hit hour 2 or more, followed by nothing, either the error 81000101 - timeout.  Unchecking the system drive and clicking 'Apply' committed another shot of 2-3 hours, which finally ends.  However, the complete tool never leave once you click on 'OK '.

  Backups performed for 20 initial minutes indicating approximately 20% of step and then simply stroll.  Each progresses of appearance (after some previous attempt of sanitation) running at exactly the same progression bar position before the hanging.  After a few hours, the backup process error 8004230F.  All the normal things have been verified.  The backup volume has enough free space (and was CheckDSK'ed, as well as the volume of the system being backed up properly), volume shadow copy service is started and running and its dependent services, RPC and DCOM are launched and running.

  I noticed another suggests to fix vssui.dll in another thread (http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistainstall/thread/9a7621ba-4cef-4264-a90c-87209e7e7d60) that I have not been able to apply and which is the re-registration of a series of dll, among them. I have no copy of vssui.dll on my system to record. It is listed under a Vista32 thread so I guess I should have it.

  Other problems reported in the execution of the dll Re-recordings suggest the thread above were:

  (1) "ole32.dll module was loaded but the call to DLLREgisterServer failed with error code 80070005.

  (2) ' module loaded but the call to DllInstall eventcls.dll failed with error code 8000FFFF.

  (3) "es.dll loaded module, but the entry point DllRegisterServer was not found."

  (4) 'module vssui.dll failed to load."  Please make sure that...

  The other steps were successful.

  I had this problem also (Win 7 Pro) on the new installation.  As others have said that it is through the VSS (Volume Shadow Service) feature be corrupted.

  In my case, it was because of software that included drivers for my motherboard.  There is a backup/restore utility which took control of the "false" Windows Restore and VSS feature & backup of MS of the system.

  Go to the system event log and sort through VSS.  Then search for errors on the VSS or the backup.  Is particularly important to look at the "Information" events that led to the error.  They are more revealing than the error itself real.  The error is misleading for me.  In any case, look in the Inbox details information for the process that was involved.  My bet is that you need a 3rd part/application that needs to be removed.

  I have fought with this problem for weeks and stumbled on the errant software.  I did not intentionally install it.  So look for software that could have been bundled with other applications or drivers.

  I make a connection to the Dominican Republic (10.15.101.1) and tunnel comes however, there are a few problems with IPSEC. When I remove tunnel protection beginning of things work properly and I can receive responses of ping from both ends which means PNDH / config DMVPN is perfect. The problem with IPSEC (phase 2), it's that I want to connect 10.15.101.1 (DR) and branch (10.152.1.202).

  When I check crypto ipsec to show his I see duplicate proxy identity i.e. 10.152.1.202 - 10.15.101.1 tunnel (shown above in quotation) 220 and again in tunnel of 230. Very well to make things work it should only appear in the config of Tunnel 230.  When I stop 220 tunnel proxy identity goes far from 220 and only the left one is taken from Tunnel 230 (the right one) after he starts to work properly, but when the two tunnels are entered again duplicate would come to the top and the other end (tunnel), which is the 192.168.230.x acquired through 10.15.101.1, I can not ping.

  Would it be because of the bug in the IOS? Note that in above config (220 tunnel that points to *) I put ip PNDH card 192.168.220.1 10.16.101.1 which means that I would receive from only in crypto ipsec (for tunnel 220) connection to 10.16.101.1 and not 10.15.101.1.

  Hmmmm, phase 1 DMVPN (which uses a point next to speak) does not require not shared ;-)

  It's the only multipoint interface problem.
